The service was prompt. A for effort and the food was delicious all but the chicken sandwich. That was the whole reasoning for going.. I don't know why it was so horrible but literally 2 bites and I couldn't deal..
The food is expensive. And I would be ok with paying for good quality food. But, this place can’t heat up Mac & cheese without burning it & there must be a requirement of a 5 gallon bucket of pepper per chicken! If they even get the order right, it won’t be fit for human consumption. This is consistent & I won’t be trying again.
I wish that I could write less than a 1. The service was horrible.. The food was even worse. I will not be visiting this KFC again
I've always Loved KFC they always get it right , always hot and fresh always super friendly and timely
Inside was empty and were were greeted by what appeared to be a very inebriated female. She said she was just trying to earn a pay check and could not help us. We were rather stunned by this! 19 minutes later another lady finally came and took our order. Not sure what the deal was with the first female but it was very off putting. It then took another 20 munutes just be given our order! No one else inside the restaurant and 2 cars in the drive thru. The manager was sitting at a table with a laptop and seemed oblivious of the chaos going on. No apologies and no excuses given. We will not be back.
No tea out, long wait, and then got the wrong food, also we were there for almost an hour because of how slow they were, and 8 people in the kitchen that i counted.
Ordered thru door dash. Stuff was missing and a mess. Manager went above and beyond to fix the problem door dash refused to fix.
It has been a while since I've been to Kentucky fried chicken. But I will say the service was nice accurate but it could have been a little bit more courteous. But I know we live in different times. I will return back when I'm on that side of town

Tried to call in a 60 dollar order. I was told they wouldn't take it. I went elsewhere. I guess they dont need money.
