Worst workers i’ve ever seen at a fast food place. I work for DD and I was picking up an order. Waited 10 minutes and walked out because the few workers in the kitchen were moving at a snails pace. As I left I saw half the kitchen out back on their smoke break. Clearly none of these people are going anywhere in life. Worst workers, very sad!
I'm from Kentucky I love KFC. I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. it seemed like there was a little confusion about everyone's' roll who were working. There were people going this way and that, and it seemed a little disoriented.
Waited at twenty-one minutes for a chicken sandwich! Not lying! Ask for fries but didn't get them. Would have left but already paid for it.
Shift manager was acting unprofessional the cashier doesn't have a lot of thinking power, watched them try to solve a few customer issues and it was like pulling teeth, shift manager doesn't seem sober.

We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. Nothing else. We waited a long time at the drive thru. I thought it was because the person in front had a big order. It was a bigger order but we ended up waiting when we got to the window also. The dining room wasn't even open. I dont understand why this is happening.
It would have been better if all the chicken was fresh half of it was fresh the other half was old as hell
