Today I picked up two teriyaki chicken meals for lunch. I came home it had zero white sauce and 1 slice if potato and rice was almost cold, but if I’m paying $20 dollars for some rice and chicken I’d hope that I’d be able to eat it and enjoy. I called and advised what was wrong , the person on the phone offers me free white sauce well it’s already free should have been with it. I advise him of my other issue and he says to me what do you want me to do about it??? Well I don’t know ask your boss…I won’t be back here. Was not happy with food or service received.
Not only was our waitress very rude, even going so far as to splash water on my fiancé from an over filled cup. We didn’t get any soup to start out with, we ordered an egg roll the same time as our entries and it came nearly 15 minutes AFTER our food did.
Friends and I had come out for some sushi and all of us were pleased with the quality of what we had. Crazy salmon roll came on a huge plate offering a flavor punch in every piece. Fire roll was such a cool experience for a roll that is set on fire and keeps burning warming the sushi up. May not be for everyone, be careful if you order it. Dragon roll was interesting as it came with noodles atop the sushi, how wild!
Young waiter is always kind and helpful. Used to have him as a waiter at the bypass location. Definitely choose him over the cold waitress that he works with. She had no manners was unhelpful and all around seemed lazy and stuck up. Aside from her food is always good and the rest of the staff is always nice
Not eating here ever again. I got food poisoning from the sushi and have been sick since Saturday night. Save yourself some money and try Bushido's off of Louisville Road.
Terrific food...good portions. My husband and I share a plate because we are cutting back. Still don't finish th plate.Priced right.
I came here hearing great things but every time i have ate here at this location the service is terrible and the food is not great. The “manager” is rude has an attitude and a condescending tone with me. i ordered chicken fried rice it wasn’t good at all also my chicken wasn’t cooked properly there was red meat in the inside and when i told the “manager” she said “well you ordered it” but the lemonade is good definitely recommend the lemonade.
Love the location on the bypass but the service at the Scottsville road location was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Had to ask 2 different people twice for even a glass of water. Asked for Sake that I finally got after at least 30 minutes and asking 3 times. My entree came out 30 minutes before my sushi followed by another 15 minutes and my fiance's food had never arrived at the table. No one stopped to check on us once or asked us if we needed anything. When we complained they said they "couldn't control the timing of their food"?????Pretty sure every restaurant on the planet can control the timing of their food. it's never been an issue in ANY restaurant I've ever eaten at before. Including the other Ichiban location.Everyone was too busy running around trying to get together to go orders to pay attention to the customers who actually took the time to drive over and dine in at the restaurant. Super irritated and will never go back.
I normally don’t have any issues but today changed that. The hostess completely ignored me and seated the couple who came in behind me. then she took someone’s to go order and just told me to take a seat if I was dining in, all while looking down her nose at me. And unnecessarily. Listen I understand things are a little rough right now after just having 3 twisters destroy part of the city but there is absolutely no need to treat others like second class citizens. You know I’m sorry I don’t wear a size 2 or have a Chanel necklace dangling from my neck but we’re all people here. I won’t be back.
I love this place. Great food and great staff.
