Have been to several firehouse subs across the country but bowling green KY has never announced 10-12 when guess come in and not much fire gear in store must not associate with local department much food was ok and store was clean
Ordered a double meatball sub with extra cheese. Got no extra meat balls or cheese, when I told them I had a double meat sub they put 5 or 6 meat balls in a cup and handed them to me. Pretty bad for an 18 dollar sub. Every other fire houses has been 5 star for me. Not here.
Smokehouse brisket, so good! We went around 6pm and there was only one group of people there eating. Only disappointment was that they were out of pickles. Haven't had a bad meal from there yet but I don't frequent there a lot.

My first time eating here and I have to say I have always said well it's just another sub place, but it was honestly delicious! I think I prefer Firehouse over subway any day now! Great service as well!
Asked for regular drink and was upgraded and charged extra for something I did not want. Lady running the register doesn't listen. Asked for refund and smaller drink was told no they can't do that. Will not return!
Hadn't eaten here in a while and went back at daughter's request. Was just as good as before and staff was quick. Place was good and clean too.
Better than the other places but they cut way down on there meat.
The meatball sandwich pairs with Mac & cheese was not a good as I expected. Have had other excellent sandwiches there so I will go back! Many of their other items are very very tasty. Meatballs & Mac & cheese were too bland
We love Firehouse, but this experience wasn't great. Bag was coated in oil and whatever else I guess was on person's hands that made sandwiches and apparently have raised prices a good chunk so one of the sandwiches was over $13 and totaled almost $30 for two people which seems a bit excessive for sub sandwiches.
