We were visiting BG for the day and stopped for lunch. Sitting area was very clean. We ordered and everything was perfect, fresh, and when brought out fresh cheese was grated on top. We eat at our local Fazolis and have never been offered this level of service. The whole staff was amazing! It was like eating somewhere I have never been considering how different and nice this one is compared to others. Great job BG fazolis!

This is NOT an Italian restaurant. Not at all.It is a dump with sticky tables and floor. The chairs are completely worn down. The food is not fresh and not worthy of being called Italian food.My pasta was clumped together and not warm.Spend your ? elsewhere.0 stars would be a better score.

Absolutely loved everything about fazolis completely, the food was phenomenal, customer service was phenomenal! You never ever ever have to worry about anything not being hot, the spaghetti was amazing, lasagna was amazing, the bread sticks now they were the absolute best ever , if you come to bowling Green and you don't go to fazolis just know that you are 100% completely missing out!

Might as well close the doors!! This place needs some new management obviously. Lobby is closed most of the time and drive thru is crazy busy and long wait. When lobby is open, expect to wait an hour or longer. Then expect cold food and no breadsticks. Terrible customer service!!! One girl in particular hates her job…. It’s written all over her. The last time we ate in the lobby ( probably a month ago), we waited 1hr and 15-20 mins for food. No breadsticks while waiting. Everyone kept going up to counter to ask how much longer and the same girl as mentioned before could only have this to say “idk, what do you want me to do about it”. Poor poor attitude! They seem to cater more to 2go orders rather than eat in customers. Won’t be back!!!

Staff pays absolutely zero attention to detail. If I owned this franchise I’d honestly just clean house. Workers do not care at all. I am (used to be) a regular because Fazoli’s is the jam, but here recently it has shown time and time again just how lazy and inattentive and honestly probably drugged up most of the staff are. They have messed up my order 3 times in the past month. Last time I went they pulled me forward into the spot and legit forgot about my order and forgot I was there for an hour. Tried to get the lady’s attention who brought out another order and she actually just ignored me and continued walking. Called the store and they brought my food out and EVERYTHING was cold except the cheesecake I ordered which was a pleasant Luke warm. I highly recommend going to literally any other restaurant.

WOoOw! Never thought I'd have a 5 star Italian meal served to me through a drive thru window! The metal containers are piping hot but the bread will melt in your mouth!

The wait for food is ridiculously long and the employees doesn’t seem to have a leader, the management was no where to be found. People getting refunds and leaving, people sharing their extra food with others who’s waiting. Very disappointed!!!!!!

One week ago, on the very first day of the new year, my children and I were out shopping and had decided to stop for lunch. My kids wanted to go to "the tomato" as they call it. So when we left Walmart, I headed for Fazolis. It was already looking pretty nasty out, but we went in and ordered anyway. The sky was getting darker very quickly. The manager, John, came out to the dining room and began addressing everyone. He stated that Bowling Green was under a tornado warning and that it had touched down and was headed our way. He advised us all to stay in the building and to seek shelter immediately by going into the restaurants walk in cooler/freezer. He said to go through the metal door and straight into the back into the walk-in. It was a little chaotic, kids crying, people panicking. But he kept his composure. He had to have experience dealing with emergency situations because he was just so calm. He was able to inform us of what was happening and what we needed to do to stay safe. He was able to instruct his team on what they needed to do to make sure everybody was safe. But it's what I saw when everybody was being led to the walk-in that really amazed me. His team was on the other side of the metal door to lead people the rest of the way into the walk-in... But John, he was holding the door open for people to run in from outside, in the middle of a tornado. He was fighting hard to keep that door open. He had himself braced holding it open, but it wasn't fear that I saw on that man's face. It was concern. It was determination. He cared about the lives of all those people with complete disregard for his own life. I am so grateful to John, and his team at the Bowling Green location. They saved our lives that day. I'm honored to have met such a selfless person. And I believe he deserves recognition for what he did that day. That having been said... I want to say thank you, John, for risking your life to make sure my children and I were safe.

service is woefully terrible they don't know how to handle dinner rush. while I was waiting there were several people that decided they wanted their money back because they were tired of waiting. they also apparently seem to foster a bad corporate culture there that ducks responsibility and it seems like many of their employees have forgot their reason for being there is not to just sit on their death and drop a check for marking time, but to serve the customers. I work there

Worse curbside service ever. Happened before and I have a second chance. Never again. Placed mobile order and went to restaurant. Called to say I’d arrived. 30 min later called again to find out what was going on. Food then was prepared and brought out. Curbside must be an inconvenience and are not a priority to fulfill.
