The food is always hot and fresh and there is never any wait to be seated. The staff is always friendly and humors us when practicing the our Spanish.
Chips are stale, “shredded” chicken is half the size of my knuckle, dont even know what’s going on with the guac.
As I had my order nearly placed the manager interrupted the young man taking my order. Consequently he fouled up my order by charging me for three entrees after I repeatedly asked him about why my bill was $38.14 for only two entrees I asked for.
El Maz kills it every time. This visit was to their Louisville rd location and it was impeccable. We got takeout and it was fantastic for the price. The wait was negligible and should've been longer for the quality and superb taste that was delivered. Thanks, El Maz for another great dinner.
Good service and food. They where busy but were fast with are order and there was 8 of us.
Ask for tomatillo salsa. It's very good- better than regular salsa. Everything we ate was good!

Of all the BG and Glasgow locations of El Máz, this one is by far superior. Cleanest, brightest, and most enjoyable atmosphere and dining experience I think I’ve ever had in my life. If you’re thinking about ordering the CHORIQUESO, do it now! Absolutely amazing appetizer dish that I could eat all day everyday. Chori Chicken is my go-to dish, excellent with the chips. (I may be a little biased on the chorizo ?) I’ll go to this location exclusively forever. Thank you guys for being so great!
Very good food, reasonable priced
I was visiting Bowling Green and hotel staff reccomended this restaurant and Im glad he did. The food was really good! Im from the pac NW where we have more than enough mexican joints and chains but the fish dish I had here was amazing! Sorry, cant recall what it was, but it was good. Sercice qas quick even though they were busy. Place was clean, staff was friendly even though my server did not understand me completely. If this is a chain of stores, I sure didnt get that imprsssion, it seemed mom-pop (son sister cousin niece) to me.
