Currently sitting in the drive thru as I type thisDo not go to this Dunkin!! They are awfully slow, I sat in the drive thru ALONE for 30+ minutes. Maybe they are short staffed but 30+ minutes is wasting my time at this point.Would reccomend going to the location on the Bypass, way better.
I would have liked cream cheese on my toasted everything bagle, like I ordered. And I'm assuming they used a dirty sock to filter the coffee this morning.This is by far the worst DD I've ever been to and I'm from NY.
You'll be waiting at least 45 minutes for your order.they don't get in any hurry, and the staff have no idea what's going on.
Their bacon, egg and cheese croissants are delicious and always fresh. The oil they cooked the hash browns in was so dirty the hash browns were not only raw but black as if they were burnt.
2/21/22 edit to original review below.I have steadily watched this particular location go downhill for about a year now. I can visibly see at least 3 employees standing around inside while I’ve waited about 19 minutes for a plain cup of coffee. There are at minimum 6 cars behind me.Dunkin always has the best coffee and their staff is SUPER friendly and efficient. I stop every time I pass!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff was very rude, donuts tasted stale and like they were a week old, the bacon was no better, very dry and cold like it was a week old too. At least the coffee was fresh and hot. Every time we come to this location it's always something. Need to get a brand new fresh staff and managers to run this place with more friendliness.
I was over in the Area so decided to stop in for a donut. By far one of the worst donuts I've ever had. The icing had hardened and made the donut hard as a rock. The person that waited on me was at a table on her phone and made me wait for several minutes to place my order.
Those who know me know that I love my Dunkin lol I had the chance to visit this Dunkin yesterday while I was on a trip and it was hard for me to find the drive thru because they was serving Dunkin out of the back of the building (which I was amazed by). The customer service was perfect. Very friendly and helpful and my coffee was even better. I would highly recommend going here for the best service and coffee ?
Donuts dry, tasted like they were leftover. Very slow drive-thru service.
I love this Dunkin but my only complaint is that the food all taste like something is on it or like no seasoning. It’s just plain and taste like chemicals, the snackin bacon is really good but every other kind of food I’ve gotten (breakfast food not the donuts) is just bleh. The staff here is incredibly nice and quick though, just giving a heads up to my fellow foodies
