We always place our orders via app but While visiting bowling green, we tried attempting to order via online app but the request did not go through so we tried calling the store but no one picked. We finally went to the store and placed our order of 1 medium pizza and garlic knots. Since it would take 20 mins, we thought of going to our hotel and come back to pick up. When went back to Pick up, they forgot about our garlic knots and started making at that time due to which we had to wait for another 20 mins. I never had any issues with any dominoes stores hence this was very surprising. I assume they have lot of orders here considering it’s tourist location and less folks but messing up order or so Much wait time for a franchise like dominoes was upsetting.
Was so hot in there. Ordered online said that it would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes I get there 20 min later and they had not even started it yet so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish it. Sandwiches were ok but did not have many toppings. Didn't even get a thank you or good bye or have a nice day. Was just rude plus hot hot hot in there
Okay, they could use a remodel or nicer floors but that's not the employee's faults. Food was good. Place is just a little run down to other ones.
One of the few pizza places that also offers pasta. With their coupon it’s a good deal. Will have again.

Ordered a pizza, pasta, and salad. Driver o ny brought the hot items. After an hour, he has yet returned to bring the salad.I routinely have problems like these with this particular store and sadly can't get delivery from another.Waste of time.
Ordered delivery online, waited 2 hours, called to see what was going on, and I was told it would be another 45 mins, so I told them I was coming to get it, they wanted me to pay for it again and were very rude, I refused and told them I already paid for it, they told me it was voided because it was switched to pickup, I told them I didn't have any way to pay it because it was already paid for and they told me I couldn't have my food until I paid. So I had to drive back to my hotel and get my wife's card, got back and requested at least to get a discount side it's been so long, they have us a 20 percent discount for warm pizza, it was cold by the way, and forgot one of our 2 liter drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. Unacceptable.
It was a late night and the guys working were attentive and helpful the entire time. The food was excellent and came out perfectly made. I'm really grateful we wee treated like first class customers.
This is my go-to dominos. They've never messed my order up and it's always been fresh. Love these guys
