Done ordering from here. I placed an order at 4pm for delivery. My order left the store at 426. At 526 my order still had not arrived. Called the store and the girl put me on hold to find out where my order was. After 10 min I was told that Brandon will be delivering my order shortly. They would not cancel my order since it already left. So finally at 542 my order arrived. I live 10 minutes away at worst. Then not only was it warm but they didn't even bother to cut it. Smh nobody came to work today I guess
Ordered my pizza at 9:12 PM. Kept watching the mobile app for an update. Finally went inside when it didn’t change after 20 minutes - They hadn’t started the order! They were pushing out deliveries ahead of carryouts. Got order started at 9:35 - still waiting. Not to self: Go inside as soon as you get there! Usually have good pizza, just letting it pass this time.
Took about 30 minutes to answer the phone, by that time i had already been sitting at their store for 10 and during that time, downloaded the dumb app placed the order finally, and I then waited an additional 20 minutes for my pizza all because I was driving and could only use my hands free and they (i assume) have their phone silenced cause I watched the lady (after 10 minutes of just watching them clean and ignore my call) look down the phone make a face and THEN proceeded to answer which is soooo convenient to the customer, thanks dominos
I love this location so much! The same crew has been there for quite a while now and offers great customer service by remembering name/faces/orders. Love the rewards program and frequently get great deals or free pizza.
Ordered online paid with card, go to pick up and told someone already picked up. Manager refused to come talk to me about the charge. Called card company and reported fraud.
Unbelievable and super rude staff! We used to love ordering here they were always on time and online order was simple but last few times they refused to answer the phone. So today we place order online! My order been in QA check sense 7:28pm and it now 8:08pm! I did finally got somebody to answer at the store to see what is going on she simply told me, “it be there, when it gets there” how unprofessional! Never again! Where is the GM or owner at? We aren’t a fan of papa John’s but at least I know there they answer the phone and address the guest! Do better
I wish I was kidding… my pizza was so burnt my dog wouldn’t touch it. Had to be a day old as well. Ice cold, took an hour and a half to arrive. Absolute joke of a location. Support local, their discount was enticing and I regret it entirely.
I usually get a nice looking pie but not this time because there was too much crust. If it hadn't of been for the Manager Carry Out Special and the $3 off tip coupon I would have asked them to remake my pizza.
They almost always do a great job for my orders. A good location to order from although sometimes their app says order is ready when it is not.
Ordered 3 pizzas at 5.99 each, and then the bread and cheese dip, which was 7.99. All of the pizzas were fine, but this “cheese dip” wasn’t even deep enough to stick any type of utensil in. We literally SCRAPED it off of the bottom of the pan. I paid more for this dip than I did for a whole two topping pizza. You can’t leave a review on Facebook which makes one go “hmm”. I can probably assume why that’s turned off. I should have just ordered the bread knots and paid less… People don’t take pride on their work anymore. It’s sad.
