Ordered three items from drive-thru. They charged us for everything we ordered correctly but we were given a incorrect item. We didn't notice until we got home to eat the treats. So had a very disappointed person and wasted our money. Very frustrating.
Biscuits and Gravy is always on point. I also love their blizzards and chicken strips basket with gravy dipping sauce.
We always go to Dairy Queen when we want ice cream or blizzard because their ice cream machine always seems to be up and running! Their food is usually hot and ready, and if not you can request that and they will do so. I only took off a star because it seems like their prices have gone up considerably and most likely due to the price increase all over our country. For two people and some ice cream it was $37. With that being said I would still recommend this place any time!
Thus place is sooooooo slow... they take one order at the drive thru have them drive up and wait till they are gone before they help the next car.... you can't do this .... the line is backed out to the road ...ridiculous
I ordered the chicken strip basket and was under the impression that it came with gravy, as I've ordered in the past and never had to ask for gravy before. As a matter of fact I just ordered it from the dairy queen in cave city the other day and it automatically came with the gravy. When the girl at the drive thru asked me if I wanted any sauce I said no, just the gravy. I get all the way home and open the box and there's no gravy. Yes I drove all the way back because I wanted that gravy, it's the best part. Anyway, I get there and tell them I thought it came with gravy and it didn't so I need some gravy. The girl tried to tell me there would be a charge!!! For the sauce I didn't get that was supposed to come with it?? She ended up not charging me but still, it was a big inconvenience and by the time it was all said and done my food was cold anyway.
Grabbed some blizzards for a night time treat for my husband and I. Was great, haven't been in a long time so I forgot how big the smalls are and should have gotten a mini. Ice cream was great regardless!
ordered a side of fries and when we waited after 10 minutes then we got our food and the fries tasted like fish. i will not be going back here again. very disappointed.
Gravy always come with chicken strip baskets and they didn't give me any and then wanted to charge me for it since I asked for ketchup
Why do they ask you to pull up to get your order? There's no one behind us ! I always worry they will forget yAbout you.
I SOO wished we took a picture of the "2 piece chicken [strips]" on the breakfast menu.I just needed a tiny bit of food. I tried to order their breakfast burrito, but the worker said they were out. So, I know their chicken strips. So, inordered that. Well, they were handed to me as soon as I got to the window....indicating that the food was already made(cooked).So...the "strips" I received...um... wow. One was barely bigger than a chicken nugget. (Again...I wished I took a picture). The other was 1/3 smaller than any other strip I have received from any DQ. I picked the smaller "nugget " up and asked the wroker... " this is a chicken strip?". She said "Yep"!. Wow. I told her I will never go there again. I warn people....DO NOT GO TO THAT DAIRY QUEEN!!
