We were swinging through town on our way back home and stopped here for the buffet. The price has definitely went up. Paid about $48 for 4 adults buffets, when 2 were 12 year old children. The salad bar was bare and no meat on it. The pizzas have been out a while. Two stars only because I was able to request a pizza made our way to be put on the buffet, but we had to rush and get a slice before it was all taken by other customers. All other CiCis I've been to brings the pizza you had specially requested to your table. Unfortunately we won't be back at this particular one..
I wish I could put zero stars. Came at dinner time. There were only 3 other ppl in there. Walk in the door and bought 3 adult buffets and 3 kids. I wish I would’ve checked the bar and surroundings first. Dirty plates and food everywhere. Bar was all old and a complete mess. Salad lettuce looked like it was wet with something and dark (possibly mold). We wiped down our own table and chairs with wipes from our car but dirt is so caked on it didn’t help much. 3 of the fountain drinks were out. I literally watched the guy mopping the floor walk straight to the bar and make a bowl of noodles and sauce and never wash his hands. The entire staff was cussing and screaming and laughing and on their phones the entire time. I ate one piece of pizza and left. Honestly I would be so embarrassed to be the owner of this place. There is no management and it’s so dirty a gas station has higher standards. NOTHING has been cleaned in this place. Literally NOTHING. Handles, chairs, tables, etc ALL of it needs to be thrown away and replaced. It’s not even cleanable at this point. Worst place I’ve ever been into in my entire life. 40 years and thousands of locations across the world and THIS PLACE is the worst.
It only cost me $6 to eat here (drink included). The buffet it not big, but the staff is friendly and it cost $6 dollars for all you can eat pizza (same price as most decent hamburgers). They even will prepare you a pizza if you ask, the place was rather clean.
Still same style cheap pizza but not still cheap price.
We went into Cicis at 9:35 they close at 10. The entire staff staff treated us very good. From the cashier who greeted us, to the guy that was cleaning the restaurant up ( he talked to us and was very friendly) to the cook (possibly the manager) he came out and ask us what kind of pizza we would like cause they didn't have much out. I also requested cinnamon rolls and he not only made them with no problem he put them in a to go box and said they we're closing and he hates throwing away food. So he said we could take whatever pizza we wanted as well. He said if he sees someone walking outside when they close he offers the food to them and that speaks volumes on what kind of person he is and what kind of company Cicis is to feed the hungry. I highly recommend Cicis and I will be eating here alot more. Thank you so much for such a great night out to eat.
We went with a party of 13 on a Saturday while they were pretty busy. Only once did the buffet get a little low on options and they had new pizzas coming out of the oven to fix it. They had two different people out in the dining room cleaning tables. All staff were friendly and stayed busy. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the quality of the pizza itself. Think thin... thin crust, thin sauce, and thin toppings. Kids loved it and enjoyed playing in the arcade area afterwards.
Even after I read the reviews, I still decided to give them a chance. Awful! Will never be back. How is it a buffet when you have no pizzas?? The place was packed and we were all fighting over one pan of pizza and on top of that ALL the tables were filthy. I don’t even know how they have 3 stars. Never again.
Not particularly clean, mediocre pizza/salad, noisy workers. This location isn't up to par with other Cici's Pizza locations we've been to. (They did ask us if we'd like any particular pizzas on the buffet.)
Just ok for Cicis. Not the best, not the worst. Some wait time on pizza to be prepared. No brownies at this location. Why?
If giving a zero was possible I would definitely give them a zero. Me and my family went there for my birthday and there was no pizza what do ever we asked for some pizza and they never brought it out they just said ok and they had no bowls and we had to use cups we got our drinks just to find out there was bugs in the ice and there was mold in it we got our pizza and we wished it was the best part but no our pizza was old and doughy three of my friends have puked and have a terrible pain in there stomach I recommend you stay safe and don’t go this is a warning stay safe
