Visited on Thursday 7/7/2022 at 550pm. Bought 4 x 1 hour playtime and combo number 4.There was five other families here and no birthday parties. It took 1 hour for a one topping pizza. Fries where not cooked, boneless wings where cold. This was a very bad visit. I feel like I threw $200 in the trash. Please rethink your next visit.
I didn’t realize how depressing the chuck e cheese franchise has become until i took my kids. They took out the stage where the characters danced and added a motioned floor for kids to run on. They don’t even do coins with tickets anymore… that was the whole point of it, it was to win tickets to get prizes. Now you have to buy points and you don’t win anything at all.. this place is just for play basically.. “all kids are winners” here. They used to have more rides when i was a kid compared to now. So so depressing how times have changed.
Alot smaller than ones I've taken kids to & about only 1/2 the games worked properly there.. other than that it was ok.
There pizza is so good. And me and my kids have a lot of fun there. It is a tad bit pricey thought I spend 50$ everytime for me and my two kids to play and get a large pizza. It's worth it I think.
Great place to take a kid for a few hours to let them go nuts and have fun
Our experience was great. Wonderful staff, kid friendly, wait time for food was great, all around fun place to be. We will definitely be back.
The line was backed out the door and they only had one person on the register.
It smelled musty, very boring, and small. There is barely any good games but the pizza was good.
Fun for the kids, but food not so good.
The kids had a blast! Got to cash in tickets and got some good prizes
