Don’t eat at this place instead of getting fresh lettuce out to add to a customers bowl the staff member took the lettuce from a very unsanitary place off the serving table and threw it in a customers order.I confronted the staff member about it and asked her would she eat that and she replied no so I said why would you give it to a customer.Every staff member including the manager on duty observe this and no one said anything to this worker nor did they remake the customers food do not eat here the customers name was Austin
They were quick and the food was good. If you've been to other Chipotles then this one won't disappoint. If you haven't had Chipotle before then try it. They have decent burritos or bowls.
The chicken was cooked well but needed some more seasoning. The tables and floor were dirty from previous patrons and the drink area had been ransacked. The bathrooms were dirty as well. They probably need some additional staff to cover these areas while it’s busy.
Very disappointed with this chipotle. I had ordered veggie bowl and it was an online order for pickup. I specifically asked for extra fajitas. Luckily I was there when order was made. Any fajita you see on top was specifically asked by me after they complete my order with little to no fajita. Also guacamole was very old as you can see from picture that it is very dark. Very disappointed with their service.
All in all, it’s a great place. The store is always clean and service is pretty fast even when they’re busy. The only trouble I’ve had has been with delivery orders. Sometimes the protein potions are so small they’re almost nonexistent and the ratio to correct orders to orders gone wrong (delivery) is about 50/50. The good news is that they’re pretty quick to offer refunds on orders that you receive that were wrong. The food is at least always very fresh. It’s still one of my favorite places to eat.
I love the food we go everyday.For lunch. All of a sudden the mgr now charges for rice that we have not been charged for the past 2 months. We will go elsewhere.

I like the menue and great friendly service but the meat was dry. Needed to be refreshed.
You can't go wrong visiting Chipotle. If you walk a way hungry it's your own fault
I was disappointed. The hot ingredients in my burrito was cold and the steak was hard. It should be soft. Like eating leather. It was my first time at Chipotle and I will be going back. It's got a reputation for having excellent food but this one was anything but. It may just be me but if I go somewhere I expect the food to be good every time. Oh and the little plastic knife they gave me would not cut the burrito tortilla.
