the dinning room was close due to no staff at 1pm during the week. WOW!

Today my order was canceled by the manager. I went to ask a question about my order and I was told that I was rude to the help. Instead of talking to me she canceled my order. It's not my fault that she had 3 to call in and not show up. One had to leave and left her to be the only one to cook. There were other people up there making statements about the service and she took it out on my husband and my order. Yes the were short handed I understood that. But to accuse me of something just because I asked a question. Not right. So my husband an i will NOT BE BACK. We didn't get our lunch. So other places we get our business from now on. Be careful if you go get a meal at Captain D's on Scottsville Rd. In Bowling Green.,Ky.

First time back Post P, I used to order the clam strips, which are long gone, too bad. The fish and shrimp combo was great, everything hot except the coleslaw, which is how we like it. I didn't like the puddle under the green beans, but that affected nothing during my dine-in experience. You have to ask for some sauces, got plenty. I'll be back. #13

This was the worst place, we waited almost 30min for our food. The sides were cold and looks like they never replaced fresh food.It did look like they were short handed...but that's no excuse. They should of closed the dining room and just had drive thru...maybe the food would've been up to par.

I ordered ahead thinking it would be ready at a reasonable time. All in all it took 30 minutes for my order to be finished.The food was okay. It was just upsetting watching people pull through drivethrough and get their food quicker than mine...even though I ordered before I even arrived.

Changed supplier for the batter fish, this one was a tough texture. Always loved the light flakey battered fish. This meal was greasy and threw it away. Too pricey to waste money on. I won't go back if they don't switch back to the other style. Very disappointed ☹️

Had dinner picked up only for it to get here and it's old fish. Not only is the plate old, my fish sandwich was reheated and old. The phone is always off the hook so you can never speak to anyone. He goes back and the GM tries to tell him that it's not old. If you break fish open, it should not be turning brown if it's fresh. He asked for a refund and she said she couldn't refund it after an hour?, it's only been about 35 minutes. She then changed it to 30 minutes.??‍♀️ I'm so over it. My dinner is ruined and I'm over it. I'm not going to eat fish that has been sitting for who knows how many hours. If that how this one runs, I'll wait until the other one reopens. It's closer to me and I've never had an issue.

This Cpt Ds is allowing inside dining! The staff is extremely friendly, has the feel of a family owned restaurant. They were very busy the Friday night we went, but everyone was as nice as possible.Food was brought to table hot and fast.Good job guys A+ service ?

Waited 30 minutes in the dining room to get cold fries, luke warm fish and cole slaw. What was even worse, 1 meal was in a dirty to go container. There was some kind of light red goo wiped on the inside top of the carton. Not one employee was concerned about wait time or pathetic customer service. Don't waste your time here if you're hungry

What's the point of online and door saying you close at 11 and the drive thru speaker saying you are closed at 10. Then when you call to confirm the number just beeps insanely loud in a person's ear. Fix hours on door and online
