Management is terrible. This restaurant has went way downhill since moving locations. Don’t order delivery they can’t get a order right! I ordered buffalo tots a $13 meal! They claimed to be out of tots and asked if I’d like to substitute tots for fries I said sure! They sent me just fries for $13…. It’s not just this time it’s every time we order and they have little interest in fixing the issues. Not sure whose over quality control but they obviously need to be fired as they aren’t doing their job.
Went here 6 days ago and the food was okay service wasn't the best but I left 5 stars anyways. The buffalo sauce isn't buffalo if you like buffalo. It's kinda watered down. I came back today after being told to try the hot instead. Best damn chicken wings in the state. Taylor was an amazing server, we didn't have to ask for anything. She was eager, happy to be serving, and super attentive. It was like she knew I was hesitant. Will definitely be requesting her for our future visits.
The service here is awful. Barely saw my waitress. Food was great though. I know it is hard to find good help, but jeeze.... not impressed

We usually have a great experience with Bdubs, tonight was no exception. The food was hot when it came out, our waiter was attentive, and the atmosphere was nice
I come here often and the food is usually pretty good. I typically go when it's not very busy but it seems that the service isn't as good as when I come when it's busy.
NEVER AGAIN. Waitress ignored us. Music was so loud it vibrated the windows, you could hear it clear into the mall parking lot. Food was AWFUL. I ended up throwing it up within 10 minutes..Not worth the drive or the price paid. I frequent BWW, but this is one location that I will never ever return to. ?
Food is usually good quality, staff is really nice! I have more luck with carry out than with dining in, so I like that they have a special area set aside just for carry out!

We went with a party of five and they were very good to us. Randi was our server and she was super attentive and nice. The food was delicious and I liked the Nashville Hot sauce (think I’ll try hotter next time lol). Thanks!
