This is great pizza if you only want crust and sauce. They consistently skimp on the cheese here. This is not cheap pizza. This is a photo of the last pizza I got there with my pick two order. If I were them I would’ve been embarrassed to let something so aesthetically unappealing leave my establishment.
Just had a girl behind the counter very rudely tell me "For future reference you can't add toppings to cheese bread, we're not supposed to do that." I'm sorry but this is a make your own pizza place not to mention I bought 3 pizzas, 2 cheese breads and a salad... if I want to add one topping to cheese bread it shouldn't be a problem. This ruined what would have otherwise been a fine experience. As a customer I don't need to know what your stupid policies are for adding toppings to any item on the menu. This is just another mediocre chain with poor employee training. Thanks.
It was my 1st time there and I enjoyed it! I think the food was good with a good price. The service was quicker than expected as there was a line, but they kept it movin' and my Meat Eater pizza was out to me before I knew it! Will definitely try it again next time in the area.

Best personal pizza you’ll find in Bowling Green. I like having the pizza cooked with an actual fire, not a conveyor belt. While other places are good in town, the level of care and attention shown to pizzas here are top level. Great management staff with Jennifer, Tami, Fallon, and others that I don’t know take it over the top
Really a fun experience to pick and create your own pizza right in front of you. It's like the subway of the pizza world. All pizzas are made to order and are cooked in a fire oven right in front of you. Had to wait about 5 minutes or so for it to cook thoroughly.Facilities were clean and they had a place for us to sit but just barely, so if you're thinking about coming be sure to get a good seat :-).Now excuse me while I go wash the black dust from the Pizza off of my hands.
Food was very good. I love that you can custom make your own pizza. Large selection of premium toppings. Then finished off in a flaming pizza oven.
Fresh ingredients, prepared well, and gluten free options. Always fast, the flavored drink they have beside the soda fountain are very good as well.
Great experience at blaze! Ordered on the app last minute late at night. It was cooked perfectly and done so quick. Consistent and always good!
Never gets old. Never had a bad meal from Blaze. Always someone walking around cleaning the place and have a good online ordering / pickup system. New crusts are good and salads are fresh. Unlimited toppings on a build your own. Place can get loud when full. Fully recommend.
