Me and my wife came in this evening and the employee behind the counter (young red headed woman) was not very helpful and was being very short and rude to me and my wife, very poor customer service. Although, the caramel cookie dough was delicious.
Have always enjoyed the sweets of Whit's and felt comfortable and welcomed in the store, until now.I'm slightly shocked that a company would allow themselves to be presented by the employees I saw on my last visit. They looked rough and were dressed as if they had slept in their clothes from the night before. They were wearing hoodies and sweatpants. The customer service skills of both of the employees were non-existent.Edit:Quick response from the owner. Within an hour. That's encouraging.
Great lattes, atmosphere and service! I always stop here when going through the area. Better than the commercialized coffee shops.

Was touch and go when it first opened but now it's better. Staff can be friendly sometimes. Have seen some rude staff but the other workers noticed it too and just laughed with me.
Good coffee and frozen custard. Cute place to hang out. Lots of seating. They also have vegan options.
Loved this place when I was in Athens, and now there's one locally! Custard of any type is the superior frozen dairy desert and Whit's the king of all of them.My personal favorite is the Hawaiian Lu'au whitser, but I haven't had anything bad from here. Also a pretty nice substantial coffee shop inside, which is always nice to see! I plan on being a regular (unfortunately for belt line)
Whether coffee or custard shakes and more this is the establishment for you. Well worth a visit.
I can't really tell you much about the place. I was after sugar-free Frozen Custard and they had no sugar free custard
Needs a few highchairs. I brought my 2 year old in. Even though she can sit in a chair, a highchair would have been nice. The cashier knew the menu and was very informative. Probably could use more staff.
