I stopped in here for an early dinner on a Tuesday. We were seated promptly and the staff were friendly. I ordered the veggie fajitas and they came out quickly and were sizzling. The veggie combo was good and cooked to perfection. The chips and salsa were excellent also. I would definitely recommend stopping in here for some delicious Mexican food! It was the best Mexican food I've had in a while.
Authentic cuisine, great service and spectacular value for the super large portions. Our vegetarian quesadilla, arroz con pollo, and quesadilla texana were bursting with tasty goodness and satisfying flavors!!! Comida deliciosa, muy bien...I have run out of superlatives, you gotta check out this gem in Ashland, KY.
My brother came in for a visit (he lives between Lexington KY & Cincinnati, OH)took myself and my husband out for a late lunch/early dinner and he also ordered food to go when we placed our order. He spent $83 and they didn't get one thing right!!! ( They wasn't busy at all and the gentleman next to us had to go up and walk up there and getmon to them about 3 times)! My food was cold, my brothers food was cold and my husband's food was warm. When my brother took his to go order home to his girlfriend it was all wrong. He got her seafood and had no crab at all only a few small pieces of shrimp. Her guacamole was brown., Only had very very little cheese and his order he took home had no cheese at all!! They didn't offer to give us more chops or salsa. Asked once if we needed refills and gave me the wrong drink when refilled, brought the to go order out and set it right in the other food! I will NEVER return to this location EVER!! I would give them a negative score if I could!!! STAY AWAY!!!
The BEST FOOD IN TOWN! We have the best experience when we enter Tres Hermanos! Ana and the crew are so efficient and always make sure we are taken care of! The food is always delicious and the queso is always hot! Stop in to eat if you’re in the Cannonsburg area! It is truly the best place in town!
Not the type to leave a negative review, but we are very upset with our service today. Our pickup order this evening was wrong the first time - a little frustrating but not a huge deal. We called back and they agreed to remake what was wrong. Picked it up, brought it home and it was wrong again. Called back again and they agreed to make it again… Got back there for the third time (we’re 15 minutes away mind you), and they didn’t want to give the whole meal, even though it was all wrong! Employees we dealt with were VERY rude. Should have just gotten our money back. Definitely will not be back.
Good food but inconsistent from one time to another. For example, I like a lot of cheese on my food and sometimes it’s drenched in it and others there’s barely any cheese at all. And there is almost always something missing. We normally pick up at the drive through. They have good food but we have learned that it’s hit or miss each time eating there.
It was a nice place, good service and decent food at a great price. Would love to come back and try some more of the gorgeous food here!The very vivid colours in the menu made me want to try everything.
Amazing food each and every time I have gone there. My favorite Ashland restaurant. They are patient and super help full.
Food is amazing but you have to wait for ever to get your food and then the server's give you dirty looks when they mess up your food. Then they like to stand at the hostess desk and talk about everyone. I know, because I understand Spanish. Only one person knows how to make drinks. If the guys isn't available then the waitress just looks at the menu and tries to make it herself. My 4 year old would do better just from looking at the picture on the menu. I have been there multiple times and every time I run into all these problems. I think the restaurant should reevaluate their staff. If you don't like people to sit behind a computer or something. Hopefully the other Nunez brothers have better staff that makes your eating experience enjoyable.
I went here. I had a burger. The atmosphere was family. I sit at a booth among 3 others . it was also there first time. And i listened. Wow this is small one said. Not much here said another. Me a had a normal old burger with normal old fries. Our young male waiter who had reached over my friends plate sitting to my right several times. He just seemed really nervous. But over all it was just a normal place. With mediocre food.
