Very nice experience had an amazing waiter
Ordered nearly $70 in food. They left out chkn tenders which when you have to wait for your other food is getting cold. We ordered a cb kids meal. The burgers were so burnt they could’ve passed as charcoal and the buns were hard as a rock when they use their rolls for their buns and are literally passing them out all day. A kids chkn critter mesl with loaded fries was stuck in a small container with chkn on bottom of fries. It was all stuck together. You need to go back to better packaging. It was gross. My husband ordered the ribs and sirloin combo. More money, less food. We won’t be back until you fix it. People are willing to pay for what they want. If you have to raise prices fine but dont sacrifice quality and quantity because people will psy for what they want!

Very friendly staff. Made to feel welcome upon entering. Love that they have where you can get in line on the app making it where you don’t have a wait upon arrival. Our waitress was exceptional. Friendly and attentive. Manager came by and checked on us to be sure everything was satisfactory. We told her the Chilli wasn’t cold but it was just warm rather then hot. She came back with a fresh hot bowl. The rest of our food was delicious ?. Definitely would recommend this location.

I had Cody at my waiter. I sat at the bar, on a Monday.Cody was very personable, attentive, and had a great personality for the business. Flawless job, Cody! 5/5 stars on the service you provide, alone!It was Relatively quiet for Texas Roadhouse. I don't like going to places that are jam-packed anyway lol.I hadn't been here since before the pandemic and it's the same now as it was the last time I came.I got the Steak and ribs, and... Again... _chefs kiss_ those ribs.... ?? They have lovely smoke flavor... Aren't too sweet, aren't too spicy, just... May I dare to say, perfect?Steak tastes different than it did last time. It tastes better actually. And the fries weren't as dry as I remember them being.Great job all the way around, everyone! Thanks for your contribution to the community!
Well Texas Roadhouse was Packed! ... But it was well worth the wait which it wasn't very long . Maybe 10 minutes. The waitress took our drink order immediately. The food we ordered was amazing I got the New York Strip Steak with sautee'd onions Baked potato with butter sour cream and salad with blue cheese dressing. The steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted, medium and it melted in my mouth, the potato was cooked perfectly and the salad was crisp and cold not wilted. The waitress was very attentive and I can see why they were so busy ! Had a great time I will be going back
I ordered medallions, they were cold and tough, other customers were rude and management ignored it. I’ll never go back!
The food is always amazing and the staff does an amazing job. They are always busy but they get you in and out pretty fast for such a busy place. Our last visit was great. Sarah was our waitress and she was terrific! She knew her menu well, was courteous, polite and cheerful. She kept our drinks full, bread coming when needed and represented her company well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice meal in a family friendly environment.
I don't know how one person is supposed to eat so much food but I wasn't even hungry for dinner after eating lunch here. A meal and 2 sides plus the free rolls and peanuts about did me in and it was all delicious. We got a couple mixture plates of appetizers and they were all good, too!Be prepared for a wait because this place is always busy. I haven't had any issues with service.
