This is a great local spot, Really enjoyed the food, good quality and portions a little too large if anything. Not authentic Street food but probably better that way since it is a rural area. Tastes like local Mexican restaurant fare which isn't a bad thing. The people were cool too.Definitely a must stop if you're in the area!
I mean nit bad food there bean and cheese burrito ? is just enough said. In all and honesty the food is ok compared to other places but the speed and the time it takes them to get it out is fast. But unfortunately the other day there avocado ? was pretty black ⚫️ and seemed like I got the end of the batch but granted it was close to closing I would of rather them tell me that they where out of avocado then experience the next day bathroom time not a good feeling. Usually awsome serves great food for the price and quickness if I could recommend don't go around closing time. And don't ask for a huge meal neither I would be upset too so close to closing. I would give it a 4 for taste a 5 for quickness and a 2 for not communicating with us to let us know what's good and what's bad. So over all a 3.5 go try it you would not regret the bean and cheese burrito.

I’ll admit I was hesitant bc it’s connected to a gas station and not overly impressive from the outside. I’m so glad we took a chance. Owner is beyond friendly and good Lord they make some good tacos. Authentic, fresh, and so delicious. We’re from Florida with taquerias on every corner. It’s so nice to have Suplex here! And they crank out some great music!!
Suplex is ALWAYS amazing! I highly recommend trying Suplex! Their food is consistently awesome.
If your looking for a unique and very satisfying taco experience you should visit Suplex!! One of my top 3 taco places in the country actually. Clean, fairly priced products, delicious food, fast service and amazing customer service!! A+++ .. I literally go there atleast 3 times a week EVERY week and sometimes twice in the same day. Lol, No joke. It's a must try for ALL taco lovers! ???
Food is good but the hot sauce is store bought and they pretend like it’s homemade.

Y'all, I spent time living in California, where I thought I had encountered the mecca of authentic Mexican food that could not be beaten. My fiance introduced me to Suplex Tacos after I moved here to Ashland, and allow me to inform you... their food (and their street tacos in particular) worthily contends with the deliciousness you encounter on the streets of the west coast. They're not merely on par... they are the taco nirvana of the tri-state, perhaps even all of Appalachia. I'm simultaneously stressed and obsessed, because I live dangerously close to this establishment, and that is quite obviously a double-edged sword. Suplex, y'all need to get back to me about my catering questions, because I want you guys to do my wedding, and I'm not kidding.
