I' not usually a fan of coffee drinks, but I went and I was surprised! They had the typical coffee drinks and some food choices, but the service we received at this location is the actual story here! The staff was wonderful and easy to work with, and the beverages we ordered were great!
Got a venti mocha frappichino and a hot caramel macchiato. No special requests or additions. The girl seemed mad or insulted that I asked for a straw to drink my frap. Drinks good. Customer service needs work.
Worst service EVER! First off we were in line forever but that is okay, we really wanted Starbucks today! We love Starbucks but today was RIDICULOUS! We placed our order, nothing was even read back to us to even verify! When a person says ICED coffee they give you regular hot coffee, then your employee has an attitude abour it and we can hear her yelling saying it wasn't her fault that we didn't order it right, through the drive thru window! Really! I WOULD NEVER ORDER a regular coffee! I will NEVER go back to this location again!
While the wait in the drive-thru line was longer than I would have liked, an employee came out with a tablet and took orders in person to speed things along even in the drizzling rain. Honestly, they seemed to be doing everything in their power to make the experience painless.The coffee and pastries were of excellent quality and the staff was very friendly.Overall, a great experience under what must have been trying conditions for employees.
Ordered 3 frappe in drive thru. Got to the window and they told me to pull around. Sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring them out. Finally had to call and I don't think she had my order at all. Very unorganized. Poor service. And she was kinda rude on the phone.
I love the pink drink and the iced matcha latte but my favorite thing is seeing the best starbucks employee in the world, Ollie Merget
It's a Starbucks so you get what you would at any of them only down side is the increadably long lines often times leading all of the way out into the street mostly due to the layout of the buildings location order ahead for a quicker pick up or go in otherwise get ready for a awkward wait in line

I think the name speaks for itself lol, however I love having kind people wait of us. It completely changes the visit!
