Food was delicious, however service was not up to par. Had a skinny man with a beard who completely neglected my table. If it weren't for the killer food he would have gotten no tip.
Slowest service that I've ever experienced in my life! There were 6 tables occupied in the dining area but it took nearly two hours to get served our food. The waitress blamed the kitchen staff but the waitresses weren't very attentive and didn't seem to care either. Heres what we had: club sandwich/chips, bacon burger(was dry and overcooked)/fries, fried pickle appetizer, and an order of fries
Giving 2 stars because the beer was good and cold. Waiting over an hour and a half after ordering food is pretty unacceptable in my view. But then receiving the worst burger I've ever had was icing on the cake. I wanted so bad to like this place as we live across the highway from them. Hey Red, if you need help fixing things, find me on FB.. I can work evenings.?
Wanted to like this place as it is a local restaurant, but I just can’t bring myself to after this last experience. We were there a solid2 1/2 - 3 hours and most of it was spent waiting to order, waiting on the appetizers, or waiting for a check due to computer issues. Due to the computer issues they weren’t able to split the check so I had to cover the whole table, so bring cash if you do come. The food was decent if you have a lot of time to kill. I believe they are short-staffed, but it was a rough experience over all. Definitely won’t be back.
It took almost an hour and a half to get our food. When we arrived there were 6 other tables occupied. We ordered nachos and a chef salad. Had to find our server (which proved challenging) to ask why it was taking so long for nachos and a salad and we were told "the kitchen is so backed up". When the food arrived the nachos were room temperature at best and the "Chef Salad" was sliced lunch meat on top of lettuce. I had ordered extra bleu cheese and when I poured the cup over my salad I smelled it and it was ranch. Server was standing at our table and looked SHOCKED that I was disappointed. Remarkably, the next salad came out in less than 5 minutes with bleu cheese dressing. No apologies, no empathy at all. A complete disregard that it took so long. Not even a smile. We witnessed our server on 2 occasions making a colleague deliver food to a table (after complaints) while she stood there and watched. We really enjoy the stuffed mushrooms and the quality did not disappoint. However, a complete disregard of even basic customer service will prevent us from bringing our business back here.
I got the cheesesteak sandwich and it was really good. I especially liked the garlic-butter toasted hoagie. The had the good kind of fries too. My husband got the hamburger, which as good but kinda small. We split the apple pie a la mode and that was really good. They have a full bar, and MOUNTAIN DEW, which was a win with my husband. Be advised the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.
We stopped in this past Saturday after a movie. It was around 3PM. We weren't even sure the place was open. Main entry dining room was completely empty. We made our way around the corner to the bar area. There was someone behind the bar, but they didn't acknowledge us. They were cycling though apps on the TV. I can't even confirm that they worked there, as we we were never greeted or offered a menu or drink. We (party of 4) sat down briefly, but inevitably just got up and left.I can vouch for the food if you're in the mood for bar fare. We've ordered take out and Door dash several times and it's always been acceptable. But the actual restaurant experience is laughable. I left not sure how they're even in business.

Red’s is a great local restaurant that always delivers! Good atmosphere, excellent wait staff and tasty food… don’t leave without trying the shrooms!
Went to dine in and wasn’t seated for ten minutes. They seated us at the table in the corner with the news one LOUD where men were screaming. I asked kindly for them to change it or mute it (none of the other TVs had sound on) after hesitatingly turning it down a few minutes later they turned it back up. I asked to be moved if they needed it on they just turned it down and left. We left immediately, will not be coming back.
