First time trying out Rally’s and we weren’t disappointed. Employee at the window was super nice and patient. Service was quick and the burgers came out hot and fresh. Very tasty as well as the mozzarella sticks. Only complaint is getting in and out of the parking lot was a hassle. Will definitely be back!
Rallys is always awesome. I just wish they would move to a different location to make it easier to get in and out. But the food is worth the hassle. Maybe a location in Ashland!

My reveiw has nothing to do with the employees of this location. But for the higher ups who do not care about the safety of the employees and making them stay open during bad winter days when majority of places are closed and no one is on the roads
Work as a nightshift nurse needed to get some food and Rallys or Taco Bell are my only options after 11pm. Both are supposed to stay open until 12A but this location closed before 1125 tonight. Because of the divider I am forced to turn around to get on the side of the road where the restaurant is so I decided to stop at the gas station first then go and get my food. Restaurant was open with sign on at 1120 when i went by by the time I returned at 1125 signs and lights were all off. Pathetic to advertise until 12am then close well before time advertised. Access to this restaurant is ridiculous enough to cause some to avoid it anyway but laziness like this may be the final straw for me. Hate when employees think closing time is quitting time and close early or refuse to make food after a certain time so they can leave work early.
The French fries were hot, fresh and delicious. The big Buford was sloppy and the meat tasted old.
First time food was sloppy and soggy it was so bad my dog wouldn't eat it just went and now 30 minutes before they close their ice cream machine is down didn't get my milkshake I wanted so I'm gonna say this it's not worth one star I had to put something to review this I won't be going back ever done lost my business wtg rallys
