Good service but wondering why there was 3 people in the delivery drivers car when covid is rampant. I do not want 3 or 4 people breathing on my food. Not to mention it took 67 min and was not even in a warming bag. I do not want doordash delivering my food like that. It's gross. I was unaware they were now using doordash. I will just go get it myself as opposed to have God knows who breathing on my food

I made the order online and it's now been a hour since I submitted the order and paid .I'm still waiting in the store to get 2 pizzas. Def mistake on my part.
Call centerc didnt take my phone number didnt place my order at the ashland ky store had to wait additional 20 minutes still like the pizza store personel nice what cant they answer phone and place order
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Stood at the counter, completely ignored, for almost 10 minutes. Had to yell to get someone to even acknowledge that I was here.

I understand that most places are understaffed and over worked right now but this place messed up and order pretty badly. They made two of the same pizzas instead of the two different ones we ordered and only gave us one of our sodas and told us she would bring another one and never came back. Only getting two stars cause the food came faster then the website said.
They sent the pizza to the wrong place then decided they wasn’t even going to try to make it right and then was very very rude 0/5 review do not reccomend this papa Johns
The food seemed to be either old or overcooked. Got the BBQ chicken papadilla and it was very salty and tasted old. Could have been overcooked because we did have to wait.
