Went here a few days ago with my husband and he ordered 2 McChickens, I ordered 2 McDoubles for our 10 hour car ride ahead of us. I also ordered some water for my water bottle so I could fill it up with ice and water for the trip. When our order number was called we got 4 McChickens and no McDoubles, they brought me out a water with no ice and it was really warm. So I’m not very happy cause every time that I’ve gone there the last several months they’ve messed up my order or just left it out all together.
85 to 90% of the time your order is wrong or missing items. The biscuits in the morning are mediocre at best anymore. The hash browns are 50/50. Sometimes they are good other times they have a funky after taste. When they screw up your order...like not put a paid item in your bag or not customize your item as ordered they are not nice and they just say "come back we will give you that item or make that item again". While the rest of your food is getting cold and use the extra gas to go back to the store to get what you should have the first time. This is the closet McDonalds to us and with kids that love the food we try to visit at least twice a week now. We have been making the Extra 10-15 drive to Tutors Biscuit for our breakfasts. Way better for the price.
Is it my imagination that the regular hamburger and mcdouble and mcchicken sandwiches are getting smaller in size. The pattie doesn't fit the bun no more. My wife could order a mcdouble eat the sandwich and have a little left over for my dog, not last nite. And raised the prices also. The staff working at McDonald's very nice and friendly.

Decent priced food, always has been fresh & fast, very friendly staff, never had a problem at this location. Definitely the best one in Ashland.
The freshness of the food is hit or miss.Edit:As of March 1st, they are open inside.Also, they have 45, one star reviews. I can understand why.
Goodness gracious. I'm sick of the lousy service at this place. Slow as molasses and always screwing up my orders in one way or another.
Nice, new, clean, store. Staff was not so friendly but polite. Since the building was new, everything was very clean and organized.
I don't recommend going there when I did last night. I know I'll never go there again or any mcdonalds for fear I'll be treated the way I was last night. I've eaten mcdonalds since I can remember. has been my favorite place until last night. the way they treat ppl isn't right and I don't know how they still get any customers. I might not be as smart or as fast as some ppl but I don't deserve to be made fun of. I've seen it everywhere but the last place I expected was my mcdonalds. good bye forever Ronald!!!! you suc
