Livers aren't fresh..I've went here twice within a 6 month period simply for livers and they have never been fresh
My God the grease that comes off that chicken.will Staind the hell out of a car seat. Hate the way you set in line the get to order and they don't have what you want. Or it be twenty minutes.
Bought 2 family fill upsFilled up 5 adults and 3 children.Great food.
Made me pull over and wait for beyond chicken nuggets and when I left and reached into the box to try one they were still ice cold.
Wouldn't have put it so low but they made me mad. Got off work and wanted some chicken. Went 2 the store, huge line in the drive through, so I went inside, said the dining room was about to close but I still had time. At leat 5 more minutes. Women. In front of me took up all that time because she couldn't use the app. When she was finally done she moved and I stepped up, only 2 be told that I couldn't be served because the dining room was now closed. Wasn't when I went in! He told me I had 2 wait in the line outside. I was already in a line.
They messed up our order. So we had to go inside and wait in another line to get it fixed. The food was average!!
Usually get the family deal, usually pretty good and enough for everyone.
Got the completely wrong order after waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. Go inside and a get yelled at by a rude employee that the lobby was closed when they were letting people inside to get food. Tried to argue that I had to go back through the drive thru when cars were wrapped around the building. Maybe you should try hiring some people who aren’t higher than kites all the time. I will never go back there, this is the forth time I’ve been to this one and each time I’ve always had a problem.
Love KFC food! Went through drive-thru today. Wait time wasn’t bad, even for a Sunday afternoon. Clerk was courteous and pleasant. We ordered a meal and also some individual items Á la carte, and even some chicken gizzards that aren’t on the menu. They have those! They checked to be sure they were “up” first before confirming, and they were. At the window I was told fries would take another minute and a half and was asked if I wanted to wait or choose another item. I chose to wait cause that meant fresh fries and not very much longer, so I pulled ahead out of line. True to their word, just a couple minutes later our food came out hot, delicious and ready.
I love KFC, I go there quite a bit and the food is amazing,the famous bowl is my favorite or wing dinner,but sometimes we mix it up with gizzards, drive thru crew is the best,if you need a delicious meal go straight to KFC
