A regular for Taco Bell or Chicken any way, but mainly because I can't fry chicken worth a dime, and I know my picky eater will get a good rounded hot meal, eat in or take out. I feel like PepsiCo restaurants are a little high but compared to similiar, KFC is probably the best bang for the buck. This one is combined with Taco Bell, and is very convenient!

Started calling this place at 7 pm because I wanted pot pies and know this is the worst location for "sorry, we are out" but line was busy for 15 minutes so I drove down and of course, they only had one! I called while I was in drive thru just to see and phone was still busy. When I mentioned to worker that I tried not to waste my time coming by calling but their phone must be off the hook his response was "we've been so busy and haven't had time to answer"???? Duh, you just lied!! I'm soo sick of this location. They were NOT busy, I was the only person in drive thru but two workers sitting outside smoking. This is actually normal behavior for this location, why am I surprised? Do better KFC!!!!

I went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and ordered a number 2 with sweet lighting and a bucket of sweet lighting. well everything was fine except I got shortchanged on my bucket of sweet lighting. The girl that filled the bag just blew me off when I made comment on it being kinda light. She said that's the way they came. When I have gotten a full bag every other time I have been through the drive thru at this store and ordered the half gallon of sweet lighting and gotten a full bag I figure I have a right to complain. I even strained the ice out of the drink that came with my meal into the bag and that still didn't fill it up. I'm pretty sure this is just an isolated issue since it hasn't happened to me before. But now I'm going to be leary of using this store and may make the RT5 location my preferred location.
Quite impressed how fast this trip was tho as usual the order wasn't exactly what I ordered! Now that wasn't a shocker, lol.
