Dine-in service was great. However, spaghetti was good but not great, especially based on the prices I've paid over the last 6 months. Got really, really skimped on the amount of spaghetti from the drive thru last time. Ordered regular size but received small size. Felt cheated. Used to be a favorite.....now, just another high-priced menu.
Staff is friendly. When we arrived a lot of dirty tables with plates and trash on them that hadn't been cleaned, and most were still there when we left. The bread sticks which are usually amazing were doughy and squished. The pop machine area a little of a mess. Would come back if other options were slim.
This place is so much better over past couple weeks. Really love this location. Becca made us feel so wanted and Eli was a big help. Thanks for being awesome.
I loved this! The service was nice and the food was good. No complaints. We used a coupon and will prolly come again if we get another coupon.
They had messed an order up and replaced it tonight. It was great. I had no problems getting it. And they also gave me a diet coke while waiting. Got home. Perfect order. Dinner hot! Thank you Ashland KY Fazoli's!
Was having a bad day. You know the one where everything you attempt to do goes wrong. Well I came into Fazoli’s and of course, I spilled my drink by accidentally knocking it over. The staff who helped me clean it was was exceptionally friendly and upbeat. She made my day with her kindness. She lifted my mood and then my food arrived. Just the delicious comfort I needed to lift my spirits!
I am a frequent customer and I continue to have excellent service from all the friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I completely recommend this Fazoli's to others.
Food was good just got to look over the rude teenage staff (one girl and boy) laughing and making fun of people. ??♀️
Dirty tables, people flicking their long hair around while fix food, wiping their faces and brushing hair back with the gloves they serve food with. food was horrible for the 3rd time straight. I spent my last dollar at fazolis. With the cost of food now days this is unacceptable!
First time visiting, good food. Love the menu and breadsticks.
