The food was delicious. Had the footlong hot dog with onion rings. The down side is no seating inside or out, and no restroom.
Crisps Dairy Treats has been a fixture of Boyd County for over 60 years. The people who know Crisp's are very familiar with the footlong hotdogs. The milkshakes and ice cream are a well known favorite also.
Was slightly better than Giovannis, but still really bad ice cream. I prefer Breyer's. I went to McDonalds - and I am not a fan of McDs - because at least it was standardized...
Crisp’s was always my favorite when I was younger, but it’s gone downhill. I stopped in with a family member the other day to place an order and there were so many things messed up on our order, we had to go back up to the window twice before they finally got it right. The barbecue sandwiches don’t taste the same at all anymore. I will say, the tangerine ice cream is delicious & they do have good milkshakes.

Set for 40 mins and every body had the ice cream they ordered. We did not. And had to give them our receipt so we could finally get something. Very piss pore

Crisp’s is a legendary icon in Ashland and you will not go wrong here..no matter what you order.The ONLY thing I wish was different is that they’d bring the original legendary hot dog sauce. Anyone who has lived in Ashland long enough knows exactly what I’m talking about. It’s not bad now, but it’s definitely not the original.All of the food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!If you’ve never eaten at Crisp’s, I highly recommend you try their delicious burgers, grab you a milkshake and head over to Armco Park and enjoy it!You can’t go wrong with Crisp’s!
Compared to 15 years ago they have dropped the ball...everything tastes so different...I will always love this place and I use to love the hot ham and cheese.
It’s a favorite amongst the locals. Service is hit and miss sometimes but if you’re craving a hot dog with sauce and slaw this is the place. They really are good. We’ve also enjoyed their burgers and ice cream. Just make sure you use the right window. ?
