We have eaten here (45 minutes away from us) once a week for years. This past year, this business has gone downhill. Every single time, our order is wrong. They’re trying to push too much business which makes them rush orders, three times the traffic, and charging wrong. Our order today was $30 but last week it was $41… The quality of food is not CFA. Soggy, over salted fires, cold nuggets, barely any ice in the drinks. I worked at a CFA for a year and this is not how a CFA is supposed to be. It’s not worth the drive anymore. Third time to ask for UNSALTED fries & it’s covered in salt.
I love chick a Fila best chicken around and most of the staff are pretty friendly no better place to eat and the milkshakes are great

The food is always great, I’ve never had anything bad from Chick Fil A & they never mess up my order. Friendly, hardworking staff. The drive thru moves super quick no matter how packed it is

They just opened the dining room back to the public and I'm assuming they're short-staffed because the manager was out there clearing the tables and filling drinks and cleaning, sanitizing everything and it was on point. It looked great in there. It had a great atmosphere. He was super kind and the food was delicious.
