I've enjoyed the ambiance of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for several years now, so I continue to patronize their business. The staff is always pleasant and polite, the food is good, and they have a nice variety of adult beverages if you choose to indulge. The restaurants are clean, which is a big plus these days, and it has a nice family atmosphere.
My Grandson had heard great things about Cheddars, so we stopped in for lunch. We were greeted at the door with a genuine smile and were led to a booth that was waitressed by Liz.....a kind, gracious woman who, by the time our delicious meal was done, had me convinced that we had been visited by an angel. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top notch. Can't wait to go back some day soon.

Food looked good but wasn't very good, service was bad from walking in the door to being seated but wasn't the waitresses fault, won't be back and do not recommend.
Great service! Top tier food! Our server Billy made the dining experience spectacular! Our server was funny, attentive, and kind! This was the best service we have ever recieved from a chain restaurant. Our bartender Heather even remembered our favorite drink order from over two years ago! Great people! Amazing Decor! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience we will never forget! Best American dining experience in the tri-state I have ever been to. I look forward to coming back time and time again. I also wanted to thank the people who maintain the fishtank! I look forward to it every time I eat out!
Food was great some of the best food we have had in a while. The croissants were over cooked and hard but all of our ordered food was great. But what I really want to brag on is the server I hate I dont remember her name she had colorful hair and I think glasses. She was amazing. Was great with our boys and us and even though they were packed we had everything we needed. She is an asset to your business. Thank you for a great night out with our family.
We were disappointed that they no longer serve onion rings but everything else was amazing! Food was hot and delicious and our server was on point!!!
My husband and I had a 25 minute wait for a table, which I thought was reasonable for a busy Saturday evening meal. Our waitress was super busy and it took a minute to get drinks. She brought out some honey butter croissants while she waited some other tables. We got an appetizer which included queso, spinach dip, nachos and chicken tenders. The queso was quite good and I even dipped some chicken tenders in it. My husband got a steak and I got the fried white fish. It was all hot and quite good. There was too much to eat at one meal so we had to go boxes. The prices were reasonable for the enormous portion size. Would definitely recommend dining here if you aren’t in a hurry and want to enjoy a slow paced meal with good food, conversation and nice atmosphere.
The service could have been better a lot better honestly honestly our server was great at 1st then disappeared came back said that she was gonna get some refills bill's came back and gave refills to everybody that didn't need one and and as for the food it could have been cooked a lot better. We ordered steak and a couple of them were still walking around mine was tough like it was just cooked for about an hour an hour the potato was OK the broccoli was cold And this pretty much goes around the table my son ordered a cheeseburger they brought him back a cheeseburger they brought him back a cheeseburger but the bottom bun was like a sponge that they just put in a puddle of grease and then just put it underneath it it was very nasty thank you I just think they could have done a lot better I think the servers and the kitchen both need to work a little harder on getting it's a little harder on getting some things right because Then neglect from the server to answer any questions about the order and and obviously the neglect of the kitchen either they had a new cook that didn't know what he was doing Or he just did not care and and for we're having to wait not too long to get a table but yet we were there over 2 hours because we had to wait so long I would not suggest anyone to go there unless they really improve was not satisfied in one way shape performed with this place....
Service was very bad. Didn’t get what I ordered waitress was rude. I’ll never be eating here again
