Ordered a 16in sausage/pepperoni pizza. It was burnt and dry with hardly any sauce and cheese. Very disappointed. I typically order from Burnaugh which is excellent.
Horrible customer service. I will not be returning after Greg, who happens to be the store manager, was incredibly rude and inappropriate.The entire building smelled like cigarettes right where they’re making pizzas. Disgusting.
They messed up my pizza by putting olives instead of mushrooms on it. I called down there and let them know to see if they could remake it which they fought me on. Once they agreed to remaking it on the condition I bring the other one back they then said it’ll be 2 hours before it gets done… I told them to forget it and I’ll bring it tomorrow since they wouldn’t give me a credit if I took a picture of it and sent it to them. They said that was ok. I get down there today to trade the pizza in and the manager refused to remake the pizza and refused to give me a refund. Cussed me out flung his arms everywhere and rubbed his eyes to make it look like I was crying that he wouldn’t correct the mistake they made. He then took my pizza that I paid for and threw it in the trash. He said he had no record of me calling them yesterday and when I showed him my phone log of the 2 calls I made to them he went and flailed around again acting like a fool. This establishment is an absolute joke just like the druggy manager who obviously couldn’t make it past the 3rd grade.
TERRIBLE!DO NOT GO HERE!! One REAL COLD Evening at end of January , I placed an order for 3 people, which included a Large Antipasta Salad. The salad ($8.99) was omitted from order. This was Very Inconvenient, as my diabetic brother was in town on family business. We were Very Tired and Very Hungry And Very Cold. I was Very polite to The Manager when Error was reported to him, personally. “No Problem, I’ll just leave a note”. Well, I realize a month has passed, but when I ordered the OWED Antipasta salad today, I was told “NO.” “ There Is No Note.” Reckon this place messes up So Many orders that the stack of notes became too large to store? Or, Mgt. just wanted to keep my $8.00? ?Wow! You would think the manager would read the reviews and respond?♀️
I think it's severely over priced. Pizza is great. Sandwiches are great. Salads are great. All over priced to the tenth power.
Asked for spices and to be cut in squares didn’t do and not enough sauce also the staff was just very unfriendly 3-25-22
Placed order for 3, 19in pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. $82 and some change. Ridiculous, I like their pizza, but not that much order was canceled. Went down the road to zanzie's and got same order for $19
I just called them and the lady that answered the phone was rude as hell and said for real dude and hung up on me.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this Giovanni’s and will not be going there again. This Giovanni’s is very close to my house, so for years we have frequented it often, as with most other businesses that I frequent, I added them on Facebook. Well, a few months ago, I started receiving notifications of their stories on Facebook, these were often advertising specials,Buy one get one free specials. So the Tuesday before Christmas, I noticed they had a sub special, 2 sub sandwiches For $10. I thought this was a great deal so I called and ordered it. I had my husband pick it up on his way home from work. When he got here he told me, they charged him full price for each sandwich. So he finds the ad, and sends a message, and I called down to the Giovanni‘s to complain. He received a message back saying that you have to mention the special when you were ordering, I did that. When I called the Giovanni‘s, they told me they were not running a special, they said it was the Giovanni‘s in Summit. I told the woman that was not true, The Facebook specifically said Cannonsburg Giovanni’s, I also explained to her that they had responded to my Husband saying I didn’t mention it when ordering. She then accused me of being a liar, And completely denied having any specials ever and hung up on me. They are still advertising specials almost every day….That is what ultimately sparked me to make this review, I don’t think it’s right the way they treated me and it wasn’t good business at all.
