I usually do not care for Applebee's. We came in about 25 minutes b4 closing & ? mind blown. Food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I'll definitely come back when in ashland.
My friend and I sat at the bar when we went. The bartender was amazing. He was friendly, inquisitive, concerned, and timely. Then! A song from Dirty Dancing came on and one of the waitresses and I started belting it out. Such a beautiful atmosphere. If you have not gone to this location, please do. The staff, service and food are worth it!
Food was very salty and waitress was a lil forgetful but very polite . drinks was great when we got them
Took mom out and tried for a nice dinner so that she could just relax and just eat... First of all the sever was awful. She took our drink order and got that wrong, so I knew it was going to get worse. It took her 10 minutes just to get my mother a glass of water.... Ugh... The meal itself was not too bad. Got the spare ribs. (The famous spare ribs) They used to be amazing melt in your mouth full of yum. But now it like eating beef jerky and the Mac and cheese... I don't know how the messed up Mac and cheese but they did... You would think with all that cheese there would be some kind of flavor. But you would be wrong. I would rather had the noodles in a butter sauce. At least they would taste. But the best thing about the whole experience is that mom had a nice meal. She enjoyed everything and ate quite a bit. So, with that in mind I can put up with an awful server and subpar food for that...
I always enjoy going to Applebee's.. They were busy which was great but food for both of us was cold. That is not normal for my visits!!
I had the chicken wonton tacos and french onion soup both delicious. I had the Paton margherita and it was perfectly mixed and our server was outstanding. Would recommend this applebees
Me and my wife stopped in around 7 the other night, restaurant wasn't busy so we got seated right away but I need to use the restroom, when I enter, the urine smell was strong and the floors were nasty, the commode was covered in urine and not even close to being usable. I washed my hands and went back to the table. I ordered just a hamburger and fries, my wife got a small ceaser salad. When our finally arrives the fries were cold and chewy tough. The grilled chicken on mybwifes salad was tough and luke warm. We will not be going back anytime soon!
Urg too much to even write out!First off it wasn't busy plenty of tables open no wait we waited over 47 mins on our app and our waitress I watched other waitresses bringing apps food and desserts to everyone else including tables that came in after us! I had to get someone else to get our waitress she comes back with some lame story about how they bumped the ticket.umm nope little did she know I've worked in food before! She was too busy smoking and doing whatever else where ever else! That was just the first 40 mins of being there the rest was downhill from there!! And I still paid over 80 for cold food.. I will not ever be back... I get covid ect or being short staffed but I watched a blonde waitress ontop of all her tables and ours was no where to be found!!!
I would give 5 but I really did not get exactly what I ordered, For once there was no huge line or wait time, The food was not too bad but it was not the greatest (My personal opinion of course), My kid's liked it the only thing my youngest did not like was the smoothie because she said it tasted really weird and sour.
The food was amazing and so were the staff. Made it right before the church rush and was treated greatly. If it weren't almost 3 hours from home I'd be an regular here for sure!
