Okay food but had to wait long time! The service is average, but food was expensive considering the quality and quantity.
First tried to order online and was amazed at the 5$ delivery then the $6 tipp it added on the price for a half mile away .. so go to store and order 45 minutes later after the 10 minutes waiting for the girl to open register since neither of the front of house staff had a clue . Completely disappointed and will not go back .
This place has great service a great food alittle wait on the food they are really busy buy its worth the wait.
I will never not select this store and I live 20 minutes away. The staff is sooo friendly and efficient, they communicate so well with each other and customers. The amazing gentleman up front even went out of his way to bring my food to my car since I was holding my son and he was sleeping. This place hires the best and makes the best food, for the best prices, you cannot ask for more. Thank you all for consistently making my life easier!!!
This location used to be pretty good. The last couple of times, they were closing early. Tonight was because of the Super Bowl. Pretty lame. The other time was the fryers were turned off, 20 minutes before closing time. Food this time was not all that great. Warm boneless wings and room temperature fries. Don't think I'll be back.
I tried the wings/thighs combo with fries. Regular hot sauce on the wings, Cajun sauce on the thighs. Both were fantastic. They told me about 15 minutes to cook ‘em, which was fine with me because they were VERY hot & fresh! There’s a big sign in the dining room that says “No heat lamps, no microwaves”, so your food is never sitting around waiting to be tossed in sauce.The prices are typical out-of-this-world ridiculous for chicken wings, but that seems to be the industry standard these days. In other words, very comparable to BWW etc, & the chicken I got was FAR superior to what I’ve gotten at BWW. The fries are home style & well-seasoned, but mine were not too crispy. The Ranch is excellent. Service was extremely friendly & courteous. I’m ready for more so I can try some hotter sauces! Overall, I was really happy with it.

Upon using the restroom to wash my hands I noticed the Male worke using the urinal while his work coat was laying in the hand sink. I made a comment I would like to wash my hands but it's obvious you can't move your coat. I stepped out and after he walked out he said I'll be back with more hand soap. I walked in and clear as day he walked out without washing his hands and then I saw him immediately go back to the food handling line. Nasty. I will not be back when the crew of 12/5/21 works. Evening crew 6pm.
Wing just as delicious as usual. The wait is long but when everyone want their wings its to be expected. Wish they still had beer still.
