Completely blown away by the excellent customer service and attention to detail! W.O.W. Cakes made our child’s 1st birthday a success. The cupcakes tasted just as good as they looked, absolutely beautiful and delicious. We’ll be repeat customers from here on out. They ensured everything was perfect for our Princesses first birthday. The chocolate cupcakes with Irish Cream frosting were the dreamy delicious adult favorite and the snickerdoodle with vanilla butter won the kiddos over. Thank again
We used this company for our wedding cake a few years ago and it was a hit, all the cake got eaten. So when we decided to do a cake gender reveal it was obvious who to go to. And this time around it had to be gluten free due to celiac diagnosis. And did they deliver again! Gorgeous and delicious. My go to place for delicious gluten free or regular cake for any special occasion. Also, shout out on the cupcakes. I didn't get to eat one, but I was told they were on point as well.
THE BEST CAKE!!! We had 3-12" cakes for a wedding of 60 guests and they ATE IT ALL! People were going back for seconds and thirds!! Delicious. Great people to work with. I highly recommend WOW Cakes ??
Saved my baby's birthday after another company dropped on me the day before the party that they didn't have time.I ordered two cakes last minute on Friday and they baked, decorated, and let me pick up on Monday. They are closed and still took care of us! Good, kind people! Great customer service. He's a diabetic and cannot have sugar. She went above and beyond to find sugar free frosting on the fly. Then even had the labels when we picked up so we knew exactly what was used. She even went shopping for supplies. AGAIN, they could have told me sorry they were closed like every other place I called. But they didn't! THANK YOU SO MUCH!Thank you both! Wonderful customer service! They were so helpful with everything. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and double-checked everything to make sure our wedding cake and cupcakes for the reception was perfect. My wedding cake was beautiful and the flavors they have are delicious!
We had a "fare thee well" party for our boss, going on to another job. I got a Cookies and Cream cake for her family and Coffee Lover's cupcakes for all of us. I didn't get a piece of the cake, but if it was half as good as the cupcakes...OMG. The cupcakes were incredible.Oh... and speaking of cupcakes... they have cakes in a cup. When I was first ordering for party, I had to pick up a "S'mores" flavored one. I think its evil that they have such good cake just ready for a walk-in... just EVIL!
We have used WOW Cakes for several occasions for a few years now, and without fail, I'm always blown away with Devi's artistry! The flavor is better than anyone we have ever tried. She always goes above & beyond expectations! Best in Wichita!

We are so grateful that we chose W.OW. Cakes for our wedding cake. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we got EXACTLY what we wanted. Dev (owner) even special ordered a stencil and practiced for months so I could have a floral lace pattern on my cake.We were able to choose multiple flavors, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the cake was.Lastly, they even provided a complimentary 1 year anniversary mini cake so we could celebrate our special day with a sweet reminder of our day.Truly grateful for the talent and kindness of everyone at W.O.W Cakes!
The first year I ordered a cake from them the entire back of the cake fell off and it bubbled up then this year they did not make the cake or cupcakes how I wanted at all they wernt the right colors or anything then I get the cake home and it had bubbles in it already I went back in and she was trying to blame it on me. Clearly they have a problem and don’t know their colors or how to work with fondant. I will never be back
