Service is great!Best pho, vermicelli bowls I’ve had compared to little Saigon and Saigon | Oriental Restaurant in Wichita.Egg rolls - greatSpring rolls and peanut sauce - good

Fantastic food. Husband ordered brisket pho, I had the pork fried rice. The fried rice had small slivers of garlic that added an amazing pop of flavor I haven’t experienced in fried rice before. Will definitely eat here again.

Broth is weak and only flavor is peppery. Tastes like the sprouts actually. Very little meat in the spring rolls. 2 shrimp cut in half and a few small pork bits. Mostly iceberg lettuce. Pictured with one bite out before I dissected it. Saigon Surprise tastes good. Portion is alright if one ignores the upcharge for more fruit. Got near a sandwich bag of sprouts which was nice. Will make something else with them. Ordered again from somewhere else and put all this away to try to fix tomorrow. Hoping a sit in the fridge makes it more flavorful.

Ordered Pho Tai. Was told they don't have that. So I kindly ordered pho beef, lol. Also ordered a cafe sua Da. The pho broth was extremely peppery. It lacked authentic flavor. The Cafe sua Da was watered down past the point of a tasteful beverage. The noodles had a smell, almost as if they had been stored next to other food products and picked up the smell. If you are looking for authentic this is not your place. But it was a clean maintained establishment.

Surprisingly delectable. I had my doubts about the authenticity of the food because of the number of entrees and the menu items. The interior was beautifully designed. The process and it serving alcohol made me think it was catered to a different set of customers, but I was pleasantly surprised when my Chicken Fried Rice turned out very delicious. The fried rice was a little darker in color than what I'm used to in term of Vietnamese styled fried rice. The yellow color from the eggs is over shadowed by the darker soy color; i prefer a little more color in my fried rice. The price is a little bit more expensive than the other vietnamese restaurants in town but only about $0.50 to $1.50 more per entree so it was tolerable for the quality. I will have to come back to try the other items.

Very good sandwiches and pho

Not sure what was wrong with the girl on 1/28/2022 around 7:00, she asked me twice my name in one minute. She was reading off the order and than I said I ordered two things and she looked at me for a minute and I told her again she was like confused and said I’m not sure. I had a hard time talking to her she acted like she couldn’t function. She didn’t even think to look in the bag. It took her a good couple minutes. We didn’t get what we ordered. I did not get a receipt. She had two stud piercings in her nose to point her out.
