Foods delicious, for the most part. We had the Shrimp Pastor tacos. The shredded slaw didn't taste right but the shrimp was awesome as usual, the fries delicious, service fast.

I called in to order take out. Food is good. Customer service is bad. She was short over the phone. I ordered the shrimp tacos, immediately she asked how many I requested the meal, " oh well you should have said that, order it like the meal the 1st time". I asked for more sauce. " NO YOU CANT BECEAUSE WERE SHORT" when the food was picked up they had no drink holders. And was rude to other customers on the phone.

I have Celiac, wanted to try this place while I wait to see my chiropractor across the street. I went in today for the first time & when I asked if the chicharones had wheat was told me very rudely they don't know! Ok great... I left. Not going to order something when you can't take medical needs seriously. HARD PASS. WON'T TRY AGAIN. They aren't busy for a reason, should have been my first clue.

The food is decent if want above average fast food tacos. Although $3.50 to $4 for small

Went into the rock rd. Establishment, and was met with extremely rude customer service. I saw it was busy, and was alright with waiting to order. Cashier, a woman, was incredibly rude and acted like I just ruined her day, when I had barley gotten a few words out.All in all. Never ordering from the rock rd. The kitchen staff was also unprofessional. Idk if that's the owner or what. But the those two need customer service training or to hire more staff if under that much pressure.Rather drive that extra time, to Taco TJ's they have similar quality in food, but better customer service.

The food wasn’t bad, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Other reviews noting substandard customer service do have merit. I typically take those with a grain of salt, sometimes people have off days and that’s understandable, but this unfortunately seems to be consistent. The female employee who took our order was very curt almost verging on rude. It felt very much that she had better things to do. Needless to say I definitely did not feel valued as a customer and honestly felt unwelcome. I was hoping the food would redeem the experience but unfortunately I already had a pretty sour taste in my mouth and the food was not able to change that. For those reasons I don’t think I will be back. I encourage everyone to support locally owned businesses but when you have an experience like this it makes it difficult to do so.

Lived up to its name. I ordered an Al Pastor taco and the Quesa Birria taco, scarfed them down, then went back and ordered more. Some of the best street tacos in the area... and I'd venture to say, some of the best I've ever had, period.

The worst customer service I've had ever had. The gal at the drive-thru was rude and then I went back through because my order was wrong. She was even worse the 2nd time thro and so was the guy that gave me back my order. I've never written a bad review for ANY place ever. And I will Never return to Uno Mas because how rude both employees were to me.

Uno mas is a little taco shop with restaurant flavors. Not only do you have a wide selection of street tacos, but you also have other things on the menu if you're not feeling tacos. I was feeling that and tried the Cubano Torta thing and it was huge on flavor. Do not eat this expecting a Cuban sandwich, but expert just as tasty relative with pickled jalapenos joining the mix. If you're feeling a little extra get the queso to dip your fries in, really enjoyable with their shoestring fries.

A little pricey for street tacos but Good quality food. Had not been to the physical location. I really enjoyed my three different tacos. Highly recommend.
