I went there this past Saturday. As I had just started a new job and wanted to test myself to a nice lunch while running Saturday errands. Normally there is a line for lunch and a bit of a wait.. not this Saturday.. kind of packed yet? Not bad. I took my insulin shot and waited. After about 20 minute I flagged down the waitress .. She said: " I seen you we're just a lil busy". No worries.. I placed my order and waited. The guy sitting at the bar next to me said: The food is good but brace yourself for the wait. I've been here 45 minutes. After 20 minute they finally brought his food. 20 minute went by. No one even offered a complimentary drink. My insulin was kicking in. I could not continue to wait with no food. I decided to go up the street to Brauns. I offered to pay for the drinks before I left.. the busy waitress? declined my money and stated: " Don't come back". And I will not.. not EVER!! Plenty of places to eat here in Wichita.. Applebee's has a way better burger
Showed up to see a line waiting for opening. Pretty impressive how the staff got food out. Good burger.Country would be better if people showed even half the enthusiasm I saw here today.Thank you!
Another Burger Joint:Parking is very limited and difficult in this area. I have gone a few times for lunch and try to arrive early. Inside has lots of old signs to read, very comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. Burgers are fresh and one of the top choices in Wichita, but there are plenty to choice from here. They have weird hours so check them before you show up, they may not be open.
Been eating here for years.. and It is absolutely the best burger in wichita! So yummy and the owner is wonderful and is great with kids that come in! She Always talks to the customers! We LOVE YOU TY'S!
If you have children with any kind of disability or behavioral issue, don't take them there! This was my very 1st time there and it will absolutely be my last. The owner decided to take it upon herself to try to make my child be quiet! Didn't say a word to me just my child. Last time I checked... It is my job to handle my children and if there was an issue, it should have been brought to me! I've never been so disrespected in my life. I'm sure that this won't make it to the reviews because of the 1 star. But either way, AGAIN, if you have children with ADHD, ODD or any other physical or mental health issue this is not the place to go.
Great little place with patties that have been put together by hand and fresh cut french fries daily. If you want to home cook burger and fries, this is the place to get it.
First time dining, AMAZING! Sat at the bar, found out after the fact strangers bought my meal. One of the best burgers in Wichita, bar none. WOW. Great service, friendly staff. A must for all foodies.
Hands down, has the best Reuben sandwich in town. Fries are straight fire, on a good day but on a bad day they are just decent fries.
DO NOT GO HERE... wasting your money!!Absolutely horrible. Not worth the money or time. Looked like a processed fast food patty. Not cooked correctly. I got it cooked med well so it would be hot after a 10 minute drive... cold and raw..I have gotten better from Wendy's for 1/4 of the price.
The amazing flavor experience transports me back to good memories of my childhood, it's that good!
