Another side-trip to get wonderful KC BBQ. They boast the 'biggest meatiest ribs around' and I agree. The taste was wonderful. At $26, it's also pretty fair price for a full rack of ribs nowadays (though you can avoid an almost $2 convenience fee by popping in to order - pretty small line at 6 pm on a Sunday)
The bbq was great, we got ribs, sausage, chicken and brisket.The sides were ok, the green beans were the best, the scalloped potatoes were ok but the mac and cheese was not very good.We got the cherry cobbler, it wasn't the best. The pastry was very gummy.

Best BBQ sauce (Selmon Brothers) in Kansas and surrounding states. Thankfully, they will sell some, if out of stock at Dillon's. Still great food, no matter what you order!
You are the meal providers for a senior housing unit in Derby. The food is pathetic, at the best. It appears you are feeding leftover slop to the very special people. The abundance of this provision is trashed, as it is not edible. The deserve better.
Really really really bad! Very high cost for such a dirty hole in the wall type of place. In between a trailer park and a run-down strip mall from the 1970s. They actually had a open window in the kitchen where flies were practicing crash landing on your food. The Flies acted like Beechcraft planes nose-diving on you while you ate. They left their chips out in the open to the fly landing. Their apple cobbler was cold and just for two people for a late lunch was around 33 bucks. Doesn't even rate in the great diners and dives category. Should have gone to Hog Wild like we first started to do. I've also heard Billy Sims is good but haven't tried it. But definitely am totally disappointed being from the barbecue capital of North Carolina Lexington North Carolina. You will be truly disappointed if you know your barbecue. Sliced beef brisket and turkey sliced aren't too bad the club sandwich here I highly recommend. Nothing else is very remarkable! May God be with you during this terrible time in American history.
