the fat white lady who runs it is incredibly rude, unprofessional and jus gross. the donuts were super expensive and not very good. wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here
I haven't tried the donuts but they look amazing and I'm sure they taste lovely. But I ordered boba through Doordash. I got two large strawberry milk teas with black boba one with coconut milk and one with almond milk. When I received them they were an odd brown color which I found woerd since coconut milk and almond milk are both very light and i got a strawberry flavor so od think it'd have some color. But I figured it was just the boba anyway so I tried it and it was not very good it was very bland and it just tasted like milk not even balmond or coconut it was more like skim milk. So I added some sugar and it was fine but then I got to the actual boba and it very very disgusting and I think overcooked it was not like any boba I've had before I've tried leaf teahouse and kung fu tea and the boba was exquisite but this boba was so horrible and I spent about 15 the same I'd spend at the other two places maybe a dollar less and it was just wasteful and horrid I'm so sorry but it was very bad
Went in this morning rude staff, and terrible donut. The frosting was hard sugar, the cake donut was dense and tastes like aqua faba (bean water). I can’t tell you if the other donuts I purchased were any good since they ended up with stray peanuts on them and I am allergic. All in all very poor experience and my wife and I will not be returning.
Management could stop forcing people to purchase bottled water when they're asking for water and already purchasing other items. It's pedantic.
Went here after getting pizza a few doors down and loved the place! It has a very unique atmosphere and vibe which I loved. The employee was also awesome! They had great conversations with us while making our drinks and they were haha be off genuinely positive vibes. I had a strawberry smoothie with almond milk and it was by far the best smoothie I have ever had! The donuts were great too!
I love the Donut Whole and super appreciate the option of GF donuts, I only wish I could get them every day. But I make a point of going every Tuesday to get some naked GF donuts and coffee for dipping. Enjoying them right now. The BEST service. Get this! I walked to the DW last Tuesday when my car was in the shop. It was frigid sub freezing temps and they took pity on me and insisted on driving me back to work. They just would not let me walk back in that cold <3 Talk about above and beyond service! WOW! I think Angie would be pleased with the new owners and how kind they are. I'm really happy the DW was inherited by such nice people who stuck to her vision <3 The donuts are delicious as ever!
Paid $14 for 6 donuts. They were the deluxe ones or whatever. Dunkin would have been better. I really expected more from the toppings.
I do not understand the hype around this place. I’ve been trying to come in since I moved here from Cali a few months ago, and been on the hunt for a good coffee shop - this is NOT it. I got an old fashioned donut and a half nutty for $5, SUPER expensive considering it’s about a third of the size a donut should be, but I don’t mind pricey for a delicious donut; these were terrible. So Dry, cakey in a bad way, unpleasant texture, no flavor past the sugar coating, not worth .50 c. The coffee was pricey too, which again -no problem for a good cup. The coffee was SO BAD; it was slightly bitter (which is fine if I’d ordered a macchiato, but I didn’t, I ordered a Hazelnut Latte, this was neither. I tasted no hazelnut, bitter latte, and the flavor of the coffee itself was just really bad. Idk what brand or origin of coffee they use but it is really bad. I thought maybe I was being a bouggie B***h bc Ive had coffee in many places, but my bf rarely drinks it and he was the first to say.. somethings not right with this. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. At the very least I thought it would be a vibey, hipster joint but it just looked like someone’s aunt’s garage and the 3 employees took close to 10 minutes to make the coffees, even though I was the only one there.; they just chatted it up w/ each other super loud the whole time- it was awkward and unwelcoming. I spent $17.50 just to eat a crusty, dry donut and 2 sips of coffee before myBf threw them both into the garbages. 2 stars: 1 bc the employees WERE nice, and 1 for the Chicken Mural outside, which sadly, was the best thing about this place. Just save your $$ or go to Starbucks until Dutch Bros opens.
Really good donut place. Lots of unique flavors too such as pb&j and donuts topped with cereal. Also they have coffee. Really there's not much not to love.
Loved the variety of donut flavors to choose from! I had the berry streusel and the samoa donuts, and they were both delicious. Not only are the donuts great, the coffee is even better. I had a macchiato and tried my husband’s latte - they make them just right, nice and strong. The place itself has a quirky and fun vibe. I’d stop here again.
