Some restaurants try to cook steak in unique and interesting ways. They often times ruin the simplicity and taste of steak when the do so. Texas Roadhouse does steak right. Simple seasonings on a quality cut of meat cooked to perfection. There's a reason this place is always packed. Make sure to call ahead or make a reservation, otherwise you'll have to wait a while to get in the door. In addition to great steak their rolls and appetizers are top notch. It's a lively restaurant with country music, great wait staff and a good time. Can't go wrong with a visit here.

I have been here many times and only once has my steak not been perfect, even then it was just slightly under cooked which is much better than over cooking. Always great service but packed. I would call ahead or plan on waiting an hour or more. They have a great Christmas special package we get every year with a gift card...for ourselves!
We did the online waitlist, and it looked to be a very long wait. So we went early with our fingers crossed. We waited less than 20 minutes and were very pleased. Once seated, our server Jason came out to greet us promptly and to ask if we'd like a beverage. From beginning to end our meal was absolutely perfect! The hot rolls with cinnamon butter were scrumptious, and Jason replenished our basket even though we didn't ask (and really didn't need it). Our steaks were done just right, and all the sides were perfect as well.
