Food is pretty good, however any company who's steals the balance of your purchased gift card. After being told at time of purchase that the balance would just be cut in half at the 4 month expiration date. federal law on gift cards states must remain for 5 years
Good food but sometimes the lines are ridiculously long sometime 15 to 20 minutes, that's the only downside but food is pretty cheap. Overall it's not bad. Would have 5 stars if service was faster. This is the same at all locations.
Let me tell you about this place when you first walk in they have trained their employees so well that they turn those frowns to smiles on every new customer Sabrina I went in there and they just got done mopping the floor and by the time I sat down got halfway through my food they were mopping the floor and clean the tables again and it wasn't left like super wet so it wasn't like you're going to slip they're just about there cleanliness which makes me want to go back because I don't want to eat off a dirty table and I don't want to have to walk on a dirty floor so I'm definitely going to go back to that taco shop because they don't have either of those nice clean and good food wonderful staff
I was very excited to eat here because I have never been to a taco shop so it was my first time sad to say also my last time as happy as I was to eat here it was quickly taking away do to just awful food quality I order a CHICKEN QUESADILLA that was amazingly awful I mean dry chicken overly cheese and absolutely flat on flavor it had no seasoning at all I was completely shocked how bad it was, I also order 3 tacos which I wasn't expecting much frfr because I only paid 1.09 for each one but OMG IT WAS MORE OF A VEGAN TACO THEY HAD TO JUST PUT A TEA SPOON OF MEAT INTO IT IF THAT I DID GET THERE AT 8:30 BUT OMG I WAS SAD WHEN I GOT TO WORK THE QUALITY OF THE BAG THEY PUT THE FOOD IN WAS ACTUALLY BETTER QUALITY THEN THE FOOD, BUT THE EMPLOYEE SERVICE WAS AMAZING THE CASHIER WAS A SWEET YOUNG LADY KNOWING ENOUGH OF THE QUESTIONS I WAS ASKING ABOUT THE FOOD I WANTED BEING MY FIRST TIME.... I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN I WON'T SAY TO ANYONE NOT TO EAT HERE BUT I WON'T SAY OH YEAH GO EAT THERE IF SOMEONE ASK ME THE ONE ⭐ IS JUST BECAUSE THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEEDY TIME OF MY ORDER BUT NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT I SEE WHY MY ORDER WAS SO FAST I HAD NOTHING IN IT FRFR LOL. THIS Isn't A Lost for me but it is a learning curve never again....
One of my favorite restaurants in Wichita, good food for a great value, and such friendly service too.Edit: The food is still great, but the customer service staff at the South location at Harry & Washington needs some seriously better supervision. Employees attitude, behavior, conversation topics and language were very unprofessional, some of it bordering on lewd. Very disappointing dinner atmosphere for me and my family.
I really look forward to stopping here for my taco needs.. the super sour cream tacos are the best. The normal tacos were delicious as well. The taco burger was pretty good as well.
As always, Taco Shop filled the bill. Although the drive thru line was long, the wait was not too bad. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly despite being super busy. One even took an extra minute to give my dog a treat. Always a pleasure to stop at Taco Shop.
Taco burgers have gotten smaller since the last time I ate here.. The portions inside the tacos and burrito shells have also gotten smaller.. I'm guessing they're adjusting to the inflation & raised prices that someone has been putting us through. I'm not happy about it. And I'm sure a lot of other people aren't happy about it either. The taste wasn't as I remember it either, not enough flavor. The kids not wearing a mask while constantly talking to each other, I'm sure they put enough flavor in the food from their saliva alone.
The workers were friendly for the most part and the food was decent but me and fiance have been throwing up for the last 4 hours, having cold sweats and diarrhea. Beware if you have a sensitive stomach. Probably won't be going back for a while
Food is good and cheap but the wait time is too long in drive thru.
