I got hot chocolate here!! As always they did a great Job! They treat customers warmly and it doesn't feel like they want to get you through robotly and as fast as they can. They have attention to detail!! Well done to the management!! Best Starbucks I've been too!

We ordered a London Fog and they didn't mix any of the syrup and the hot coco tasted like water. Everytime I go they never mix the drinks and are so rude about us being upset that it's not mixed.

Please put stoppers in the hot beverages. I wasn’t offered one, there wasn’t one in my drink, so I didn’t think to ask for it. Spilt it on myself and ended up in a bad mood because I lost my mocha, burnt my hand, and ruined my clothes.
I am a shift manager at a Starbucks in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and I came to this one because I’m visiting family. The staff was so friendly and handled my complicated order and the drinks were spot on and tasted perfect! Nothing but a great experience and I appreciate the culture of Starbucks and this store had it! Very happy!

Its a treat but I love drinks where there is a little coffee to go with my sugar addiction & Starbucks hits the bill. Perfect for a cold morning being outside, a nice cup of joe. Always friendly service & they love to spoil my dog with whipped cream.
We gave this place several chances. They’re very rude & always rushing through service. Last night was the last straw for us. The barista kept giving me attitude while I ordered and then asked me to park up front so they could bring my drink over. Well, they got it wrong and when a different dude came to give me the coffee he had a bad attitude. I’m not sure why they’re always so angry. They get our orders wrong 4/5 days. Good luck to future customers. The 21st and Maize Starbucks is soooooo different. They’re always kind!
