Disgusted. Ordered ahead of time. Walked in and my items were swarmed by at least 5 flies. Looked in the kitchen and they were everywhere.

Today I went to sturbucks, not feeling my best however that soon changed when the barista showered me with compliments, made the reminder of my day, the drinks were so good, she has such kind spirit, beautiful energy, I’ll back to see her again
Addicted to the caramel crunch Frappuccino!wanted something similar for a hot coffee, so she added extra stuff to get the same flavor. Was good but not the same, will stick to Frappuccino!Staff is friendly.
One day, I admitted I'm a "Karen", with my coffee. Apologized, in advance. The sweet barista paid for my drink.I wish I knew, who she was. Left a good tip. I appreciate people as kind as her. They deal with many, picky as I am. Thank you.
Service was extremely slow. Employees were not friendly and I paid for extra drizzle and didn’t get it.

Took my grandbaby and she ordered a Dragon drink refresher and I was surprised that I really like it! ?
Excessive amount of wait time. Multiple people walking back and forth but they were handling the drive thru. Two people taking orders but no one actually working the indoor service. I went out and got served quicker thru drive thru I felt. When I was inside not one person said hi, told me it would be a second, sorry for the hold up. Or even have you been helped.
The parking lot at this place means that I'll never venture over there again. There's enough Starbucks in the area for those who are similarly addicted that the frustration involved in this particular location is needless.
