I got an E-giftcard in my e-mail and the guy had my order ready b4 I was able to download the app and upload the gift card to it. Very patient and friendly.
they were out of what i usually get (i’m a regular lol) so the barista recommended a new drink and it was FANTASTIC! i wish i would’ve got her name because she was amazing!! she even let me try it before i paid to make sure i liked it. i love starbucks!
We order almost $100 in Starbucks every Sunday at this particular store. Sometimes more! We only received 4 of the 5 drinks we ordered and the driver offered to go back for it.The store employees insisted on arguing with me about 1 tall iced caramel macchiato and refused to make our drink. This isn't the first time they've forgotten to pack a drink, but it is the last time for us.Horrible customer service.
Not really sure why I had to be mocked about picking up my toasted croissant late. There was a lot of construction on the highway. I didn't even ASK to have it reheated. The barista making fun of me just didn't realize I'd just walked in. Bummer.
Pulled up at 7:26, waited a bit then pulled to the window, a brunette lady didn't come to the window just started yelling something, I pointed to my ear & said I can't hear you. She looked at the guy next to her like she was super annoyed and yelled "we closed at 7:30." Ok, it's 7:29 I looked at my watch where she could see me look at it and yelled "I've been waiting" she kept looking down at boxes as it looked like they were doing inventory. She glanced at me and looked at the man standing beside her and said something then smirked at me. I just got done at a stressful visit at the vet with my dog, my emotions are high, I wanted to treat myself as I rarely ever do. I will say this location usually has very kind customer service, so I'll leave 2 stars. Tonight's visit made me not want to come back again. I don't understand purposefully being rude to another human being. I'm trying to keep from crying, and this just opened the flood gates. We don't know one another. She could/should have walked to the window and told me they closed a few min early for inventory. I would've totally understood that.
Juniper at central and west is a stellar barista. Very helpful and nice every time I see her. She always makes the drive thru experience awesome. She’s a keeper!!
I had such a horrible experience taking my family here. They were so rude and you could tell that the girl that took the order was under some kind of substance was slurring her words. Can’t believe people that act that way are allowed to work there. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Starbucks is one of those names brands that you will get the same kind of product and service no matter what store you visits. The only thing that I don't enjoy about this location is accessible. It is hard to get into a parking spot. Also when you are wanting to leave you can only take a right hand turn unless you want to wait forever trying to make a left hand turn.
