Always love starbucks. They made our drinks fast and very delicious.
By the far the most behind staff. I couldn’t believe the wait time and the line of cars behind me. I live right around the corner and I have to go to west street because I’m usually in line for 20 minutes.

I live almost an hour west of Wichita and this is my first stop getting to Wichita fast and friendly service and definitely a bit pricey yet still I gotta have it, Carmel ribbon crunch so so tasty delightful. Only Starbucks I go to service and drink is stellar every time!!
In honesty, probably my least favorite location in Wichita. My orders are never prepared on time, with one behind behind almost twenty minutes when I always order ahead. Today, I order ahead because I saw a long line. Finally get to window to find out I somehow placed my order at another location. Okay, that is MY fault. But, when I informed them I had a pick up order for my name and they said okay we'll have it at the window. Why did I wait another 12 minutes in line for them to tell me they didn't have my order? They could of informed me of that when I told them I had a mobile lock up yo begin with. Just done with this location.
Our Barista, Ike, truly made our experience at this location. This spot will be our official Starbucks in Wichita. We had a drink mishap this morning and not only was Ike kind and empathetic, he also made me a new drink and gave us a credit for later. I couldn't be more grateful for his kindness. He had no idea, but I needed that today. Thank you so much Ike!! You deserve a raise!!

I order one drink from Starbucks. One. And every-time I go to this location they always mess up my order. It clearly says no Mocha, but somehow they always end up putting extra In there.
Love this store. Always happy to see you as you walk in. They make a point of remembering regulars.
Dot and the whole staff are absolutely amazing. This is my favorite location; if I have to run by a different one, none of them compare to the friendliness and kindness of this location! They’re also super careful with my allergies (and remember them!) and are so helpful when I come in. Starting my day off with this Sbux makes my day so much brighter. Thanks Dot and everyone!!!
