This place needs to be audited by upper management. When I ordered mocha, price was higher than usual, so when I check my receipt, there was triple shots were added to my order which I did not ask for. I wonder how many customers have been affected by this in the past.
Staff barely speak the names loud enough were you can hear that your order is up because of this your left going up to the counter touching everyone drinks looking for your name until you find your order. Not ok at all.. staff needs to yell the names given to the order, this is the purpose of given you name I thought.
I was greeted by the barista as I walked in. She promptly rook my order and was very friendly.
Fast and kind, but my lid smelled like urine. The guy was kind, but ppl really need to wash hands.
This Starbucks is so hit or miss. You have to know the right times of getting a good coffee from here. They’re always out of ice or lids. The only reason people come here is because Jennifer is so nice. Drive the extra few mins to central and Tyler if you want a good coffee.
The gal on 2/15/22 at 2:40 in the drive through was so nice! She had a very upbeat attitude, I was having a bad day and she turned it around. We need more people like her.She had curly hair and it was up in pig tails I believe. Thank you!
Every visit is great, even during busy mornings. Place is always clean and coffee is delicious. As a regular: thank you guys for supporting my coffee and bacon Gouda sandwich addiction!
Waited in line for 20 minutes today. A week ago, waited in line for 20 minutes too only to find out, wrong coffee. Since I had foot surgery and limited on getting around, went back through the drive thru and waited AGAIN 20 minutes.
Nash is a great person he help at the window because my inglish its not good he take the time to undestand me and hes very friendly. I will come back
