I love this Starbucks. So many AWESOME Baristas work here & have worked here, in the 3 years I’ve been back home in Wichita. Today Nate was in the drive thru & he is always so nice & helpful. And the list goes on of people that work here, that I genuinely think are terrific. Jayce, Tommy, Haile & the list goes on. Love these workers. All of them deserve a raise. Great people ?.
Luis is generally the one taking my order in the mornings, he always recognizes me before I even get to the window and has my order memorized to a T. Always friendly, great customer service! ??
For some reason though there were other customers waiting for their orders a staff member felt the need to come to me the only black person in the store and ask me if I was waiting for something ? my app said it wasn't ready yet so I sat down to wait other people were also waiting on orders they weren't asked anything guessing I just didn't fit the demographic very disappointing.
out of all the Starbucks I've been to they are by far the friendliest and I've never gotten my drink so fast. will definitely make this the main one I go to even if it's a little out of my way.
I just moved down town in Wichita and its perfect there is a star bucks 1 block away. I got up Sunday 2/20 to take my dog for a walk. So I attempted to order my coffee online at the Starbucks only allows service animals. How ever it said they only take reloaded Starbucks gift cards to order ahead. My question is; does star bucks for want my money? I’m not going to leave my puppy outside by himself so I can order coffee in a long line on a Sunday morning. Does Starbucks want my money or do I need to go another establishment? Also your staff while I understand busy ignored me.

They let me take the daily grounds for my companies fertilizer. Definitely a sustainable company with focus on carbon value denominator. The carbon cost of a cup of Buck's is well worth the investment. I love an Americano with extra Shot. Venting w/White Mocha and Cinnamon/Peppermint. It the "SardonX" Can we get that on the menu @Starbucks ? When will you provide coffee from Africa and the rest of the Coffee Belt? @SardonX can provide the Fair Trade Beans to your outfit.Scoob

Ordered a Venti and got a half full cup. Called and they blamed Uber when the seals were not broken on the cup or bag. Mistakes happen but they double down and say they are perfect. Dude I work retail....mistakes happen. Had they said sorry and tried to fix it this review wouldn’t have happened. Instead they blamed Uber and said they would give me a free drink in a condescending tone.
