Was very impressed with the guy at the window! He caught their deink mistake before we did and then had us make sure everything was right before we left.Usually they are in such a rush there. This guy was different. It was a nice surprise. We might visit more often if people there actually care about customers now.
Just went through the drive through in PC and ordered a large OJ Slush as I do every morning and the window attendant tried to pass off a small to me, and when I voiced my awareness of the fraudulent switch I asked for my card back and the cashier tried to swipe it saying it needed to be paid for regardless if I took the drink or not. Thankfully I made enough of a sceen to get my card back before the cashier could commit theft by swiping my card. All I can say is great training Rene.
Went to the location in Park City and it was the dirtiest and the food was disgusting. I love Spangles and actually used to work at the location on West Street in Wichita and loved it. So this actually makes me sad and super disappointed to write this bad review. The stuff on the receipt was from the lady who took our order. She was pretty much completely running the front by herself. There were other people just walking around going from the kitchen to the little office room in the front and were socializing rather than working. Also, I was charged the same even though I requested no bread. The mushroom sauce was congealed and look warm. There was pineapple in the banana shake as well. Honestly, the fries were the only good part of our whole meal.
The sandwich, (sausage, egg and cheese add bacon on sour dough)had was very good. The pancakes looked and smelled wonderful. I would definitely eat there again and again.
We had a great experience here. My burger was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful (this was our first time to Spangles) and the ambiance was fun and surprising, especially given it's a fast food place. I will comment that my wife wasn't quite as happy with her Buffalo chicken wrap, finding it rather messy, but I don't suspect many people come here for chicken. While we didn't partake in the ice-cream or alcoholic beverages offered they were certainly inviting and the price seemed reasonable.
Came to this spangles at exactly 1030PM To get a quick bite because of being on the road for so long and the majority of the lights were off and no one was manning the drive-through. It clearly stated that it was open until 11 PM. Maybe change the signage and the Google information if that’s not going to be accurate. There were two other cars in front of me and one behind me trying to get food.
This was my first time to visit this Spangles and it was very nice! The staff member was very helpful and cheerful! Shelby was on top of her game! She asked how our day was as she waited for us to decide what we wanted from their menu. She was terrific!! Our food was great and tasted wonderful!! I wish I had taken a picture of it! But it was delish!! Thank you so much! Our visit was awesome!!
First time here. We are from out of town. Food is superb! Fries are fresh and the burger is amazing! Even the grilled cheese was great! Few different cheeses, bread was delicious. Up next is the ice cream!
Nice, I had the Bacon ? Parmasan burger it was quite good and filling...my husband gave me some fries and I grabbed a sweet tea. EXTRA bonus was ½ price Monday I guess... I am a verrrrry picky person when it comes to what is put on my food ( this was great ?) I was able to grab some BBQ and was happy as a Lark!! I RECOMMEND The place and the burger ? ? Good Job...Ps...I am a tough food critic so ....
Very good food. The service was timely. We will go again if we get back there.
