It was really busy when I went, decided to use the drive through which wrapped around the building. The line actually moved fast. The food was hot, fresh and the order was correct!
I gotta say, it was BAD. Why did y'all melt my slush? Y'all made us wait 23 minutes when our meal was ready, I don't like that. And y'all practically melted our ice cream and low-cooked our bacon. I'll just stick to east sonic. Gotta do better?

Went to West Street next door. Its local and a whole lot better.Saw the ambulance and two fire trucks pull into Sonic while we were waiting. Hope they are ok
Worst Sonic I've ever been to in my entire life first off they got my order wrong I politely went back around the block came back asked him to fix my order cuz this was not what I actually ordered and they told me no problem let me standing around outside in the heat for the next 10 minutes I had to actually call get a manager on the phone she said my order was fixed and ready and let me standing out there still and nobody came out nobody tried getting me my order I even stood right there in the way other car hops they seen me they knew I was standing there and just ignored me so I called and let him know how I really felt about it however I haven't called corporate but I'm going to right now and if I could give them zero Stars if they had a zero Stars option I would give them negative Stars was so pleased with their service I left without my money or my drink thanks for a half hour wasted time
Burgers were over done. Chicken strips almost burnt. Order there carbide. Order still came out wrong. Didnt bring any straws for 4 drinks. Missed one drink but it was on ticket. They did go back in and get drink and straws.
The worst order ahead experience that we have had with Sonic. We placed an order and arrived around 8 pm. We checked in and was told the order was on its way out about 7 minutes later. At 8:30 pm, the food was still not out, so we pushed the button and told them we were waiting on our order. They said it would be right out. An employee walked up to the car and asked if we were with Doordash and we said no. She said she would go get our order. 8:40 pm hit and the food was brought out but was missing items. We tried to push the button to speak with a person, no one answered. At 8:49pm, I called the restaurant on the phone and explained that we were missing items and was told they would have it right out. At 9:04pm, the food was still not out so I walked up to the building and spoke with a person. The employee asked what the items were and said he would bring them out. After a few minutes, he brought the food out himself. We were at the restaurant for a mobile order for over an hour. Unacceptable.
Sonic is cool, and if you use the app, half price drinks. Good deal, and the workers are generally very nice
First time in a long time they got my order CORRECT and QUICK!! 2 double cheese combos, cheese and ketchup only, both with fries and cokes easy ice; 2 single cheeseburger combos, cheese and ketchup only, both with fries and sprite easy ice. Order is perfect, hot, fries were even hot and not soggy, burgers are a nice juice hot greasey burger (whereas they've been super salty, generic plain burgers). Don't know what's different now, but keep it up!!
Wouldn't recommend as a work place or restaurant. Most cooks are intoxicated and you've got to wait over 7 minutes for a sloppy burger and fries. Management doesn't get serious problems solved due to lack of care and bad placement of cameras. Most toxic place I've worked at out of the many.
